help identifying a tv series about a grimm reaper?

I have been trying to find out what this show is called, not sure if its canadian or american (not a cartoon) but i watched the first episode and it was these two guys roughly mid 20s early 30s and they are basically tricked by the grim reaper into having to do his job for him or something along those lines. it was also a comedy from what i remember as the two characters were rather incompetent
