I have been closely watching the figuarts zeros and I can safely presume that, even though they're labeled as web exclusives, they're all not treated that way internationally. Goku has been officially rereleased and I'm sure trunks and vegeta keep getting reproduced as I've seen them sell out more than once then get a preorder status.

if i was running a company and ANYTHING I sold was selling above double retail i would rerelease it unless it was 1) Numbered release 2) Exclusive to a particular EVENT. if it was exclusive to a location i would restock said location

Yep. After all, the goal of a company is to make money.

regarding Dragonball Z yes, but only in japan. in USA/Canada they are sold anywhere and should be restocked at will as none of them to my knowledge beyond con exclusives are limited or exclusive
