Then it'll be like this. ...Now another reason to pre-order Broly again. I am going to be so broke. (Come to think of it, he'll be the first villain in the line not to come with crossed arms.)

I'm not sure why the crossed arms are so popular.

I don't know. I'm only using the ones for Piccolo, personally.

Grass is green, skies are blue, bad guys cross their arms. It's just the way of the world.

because his pecks are pretty much too big I could see that being the reason. Plus, it would have been another huge accessory given how big his arms are. I'm not sure why the crossed arms are so popular. It's the go-to pose for villains and eventual anti-heroes.

I don't think its fair for people who are willing to pay the price to get the figure only to have it re-released at 50 bucks.
It would go against Bandai and really cause people to be outraged.
I feel these figures should be released once and that's that.
I paid a lot to get my SS Vegeta, I would be incredibly pissed if they re-released him
And i don think they are re releasing much, judging from the upcoming figures.
I think Majin buu is going to get released within a year also.
Maybe when all popular characters are released they may do a re-release of 1 or 2 figures. But I don't think they will release this figure again. It will cause outrage against bandai. And as a company, you don't want people to put you on the spot and accuse you of lieing that some figures were exclusive.
As I believe Vegeta was a Tamashii Exclusive, that and everyone after SS GOKU, SS gohan and picollo.
I feel your pain though, paying 200 bucks for an item that was 50, is absurd. But i'm a die hard DBZ fan, and i make ok money so it was fine with me, so long as I was happy and enjoyed the figure.
But I don't want a re-release.
Sorry

Well, when Piccolo was released, the 2009 version was selling for over $100 on ebay (I think $120+ actually), and then he was $29.99 when rereleased last year or earlier this year, so... it's happened before.
They did the same with SS Goku two times. I don't know what the original was selling for though.

Yep. I don't recall there being any outrage over that.

I don't think its fair for people who are... hardly relevant. the demand for the line will always outweigh any potential outrage at Bandai. Someone will buy what they put out at some point and so far every figure has eventually sold out. they re-release a figure, especially one in high demand like SS Vegeta or Trunks, and it WILL sell.

Yea but they won''t , I gurantee it. They were WEB EXCLUSIVES.
So yeah there's a 1% they do that, but I don't expect them too.

Of course they will sell, but that doesn't make the fact that these are limited releases irrelevant. Like it or not, the "limited" part of the line attracts investors just as much as the quality of the line attracts collectors. Obviously they could make a ton of money with a re-release of popular figures, but so far, they've kept their promise of a finite production run for the Japanese consumer base. If I miss out on something because I either didn't know about the line yet or decided not to buy a figure, I blame myself, not the company.

I was referring to his remarks on outrage. He said Bandai shouldn't reissue the currently in demand figures as it will create outrage towards their company and that's hardly relevant. Oh, rest assured, there will be some people angry at seeing a re-release but there will be many more people ecstatic to see a second release as it means a second chance to get a figure they really want and in the end that will ultimately outweigh any potential outrage. as for the web exclusivity they've already shown a willingness to release at least one web exclusive (Figuarts Zero SS Goku, going back on previous claims...they even made a point to mention it was a web exclusive when they announced the reissue)...no one can say with any certainty what that means. they can (and very well may) put out SS Vegeta and Trunks once again. but again, it can't be confirmed or guaranteed either way until Bandai addresses the matter. did some digging and this is basically what I've been banking on ever since Figuarts SS Goku and Piccolo saw a second reissue. Worth mentioning, even though those two are seeing a second release in America they were mainly put out for European markets. sourceuser quote - "It been stated in a interview that was a very, very special case. It's unlikely web exclusive to be reissue ever again anytime soon as stated in this recent interview with Bluefin." "Lim: The FiguartsZero Goku was the very first Tamashii Web Exclusive that was ever re-issued and that was a very, very special case because its main purpose was for launching the market in Europe. The North American market sort of piggy-backed on that re-issue, but again, mainly for Europe and other new markets just to get the Dragon Ball thing going over there. It's not likely this can ever happen again because the limited nature of the Web Exclusive label pretty much ensures that once it comes out, it's done."Who can say with any certainty they WON'T put out Trunks and Vegeta for the European markets? Although it could potentially be a bad thing...I've read the third reissues of SS Goku and Piccolo have numerous QC issues...but that's beside the point. They can always release SS Vegeta and Trunks again for the European markets and absolutely should.
