The only thing I find cool in that lot is Lord Slug, but he's not in very good shape. I think some of the others on this forum will probably know more about the other stuff.

Whether or not they're "good" or not is up to how much you enjoy them, I'd say. Your Krillin on the bottom, third from right, is part of Irwin's Super Energy Blasters series. He's missing his energy blast, so that's a bit of a bummer, but the figure is still cool. What kind of collecting are you hoping to do? Mint in box? Loose figures? Little of both?

Looks like good figures to me because I love the Irwin and Jakks figures, but some are kinda scuffed up. Of those, I'd say the battle damaged Goku on the right, and the Vegeta directly below him are the rarest of the lot, though not super rare. Goku came in a 2 pack with Frieza and Vegeta came with a buffed up SS Trunks in Saiyan armor. The 2 packs are fairly pricey, but idk what those might be worth loose.
The Perfect Cell is Striking Z Fighters line, not the normal Irwin sagas line. You can tell by how his arm is turned. Really, that's all he did as a "strike", his arm rotates at the elbow, lol. Gotta love marketing ploys.

The Lord Slug figure is from IF Labs, which was a high end sub-company started by Irwin back in early 2000s. Their main run was DB figures, but they also did YuYu Hakusho figures. The Lord Slug is from series 1 of their Movie Collection line, which was the first DBZ figures released from IF Labs. The series included Battle Damage Piccolo, Battle Damage Super Saiyan Goku, and Final Form Cooler. The line was bought out by the company Jakks Pacific, and Jakks figures used the same molds (and introduced new ones), but their figures were nowhere near the quality of IF Labs. If that Lord Slug was in better condition and you still had it in it's box, it could be worth a few bucks. I think the Shirtless Super Saiyan Goku is on the rare side, as well as that Super Saiyan Vegeta below him.
Everything else is fairly common.
