Those are chinese resin kits set, it might be a copy of an unofficial Japanese garage kit, but no accurate info is available to say for sure as far as I know.

The statues are about 25-35 cm tall. Here are couple of listinging on Ebay. Btw, first time Daiz is on Ebay, and it's not the broken one from the pics!!
