You might look at pics of muscular men on google so you get a vision of what his chest needs to look like to look right in 3D. I'd post some pics, but I get sick feeling looking at oiled up, shaved chest men, so I'm not going to post any here for you.  |

I won´t bother googling that right now either because I´m at the office haha, so that would be weird/embarrassing lol. I will work on it, but will focus on my Tien posts now. I don´t want to bother people with too much Yamcha stuff haha. |

Just search for some DBZ resins, you can usually find great reference material by doing that.  |

My z fighters group shot will have or has one issue  I don´t have Regular Goku´s Serious Face because I gave it to Yamcha haha. I may have to find another one or photoshop it because having the shot with Happy Goku won´t work  ; or I guess I will have to use Super Saiyan Goku for my picture in the meantime. Previously I commented that I have a video planned. I will start with it as soon as possible. Basically is to encourage Tamashii to make the remaining z fighters. I have the idea in my head, and to give you a teaser, this is the song I will use for the video  And it will finish with this, with the actual figures.  Although some pointers from great picture takers... is that even a word/phrase? haha from people like bleepjk havok or The Great Saiyaman would be welcomed. I definitely want that final shot to be perfect, I just don´t know how or what the best background option would be. Should I just use an orangy paper for the background? or should I print the background? I dunno  |

juanjorman I would probably print out a nice looking backdrop like what you just posted. I personally like the sky backdrop better than the bright orange red one, but that's just me.

You can print a nice background and let it out of focus when taking the picture. Or use the lazy option (like I did), buy a red paper and bend it behind the figures. You can also try both options  |

Ok guys, here is Tien! I will share more pictures on the weekend, perhaps with this alternate head, and extra hands. I honestly haven´t finished his Tri Beam hands, just the closed fists that you see and the Dodonpa hand. I want to do like a photoshoot but most likely will be on the weekend. Tien vs Semi Perfect Cell or something  I guess the only thing I did not add, was the white line that goes on his shoes, but can be added later. I am really happy with this guy, hope you like it.   |

This is really good, Juan. Your sculpting is getting better. He looks better than Yamcha now. Good job on the face. All I can see is that his right shoulder is smaller than his left, but it's hardly noticeable. Did you add an effect on the bigger image? The color of his gi looks off in that one, more like teal, but the smaller image has a better green. Maybe it could be lighter...and paint that white stripe! He's not done until he's done.

Thanks Adrenaline yeah the bigger image has an effect. My phone doesn´t capture the actual color it´s got, so that´s why I applied that. The color on the small image isn´t the real one either haha, I guess it´s between the two pictures. Yeah I definitely will add that white stripe. I´m glad you liked it |

I think you did a great job on him! He's hugely buff just like he was in this saga of the show!
The white sole to his shoes really makes him look awesome, so I hope you'll add that. It takes awhile, but when it's done you'll be so happy you did it!

Now. Good god. This Tien makes me happy. It actually makes me happy to look at. I'm actually happy right now, just because I saw your custom. It's hard to believe this is only your second shot at customizing figures on this level. This is fantastic! One of the best parts about this guy is that looking at him... I don't Piccolo, or Goku. I just see Tien. You managed to complete cover thae base bodies you used, and I am damn impressed.
Not to offend your Yamcha, but you really kicked the chest sculpt out of the park on this guy! It looks so much rounder than Yamcha's and perfectly natural on this body, and under that shirt. Damn! And those arms. Damn! They're just the perfect shape. He's ridiculously buff and it's awesome. Neat shading on them, too. My one gripe would have to be that his left shoulder is a little lower (and bigger?) than his right due to the shirt. Looks like his left eye could use a little touching up and his third eye is a little messy, but those are pretty much my only complaints about the paint. Seriously awesome. I love the bright red, and the skin tone is spot-on!
Just, great job, man. Keep it up.

I see the shoulder issue now haha, thanks for letting me know guys . Branjita I will work on the white line this weekend. It´s been so busy for me, and I hardly ever find time to advance on my customs. We recently bought a puppy with my wife, so it´s been absorbing quite some time from us lol. The Great Saiyaman thanks for the compliments man! I´m glad you like him. It was really difficult for me to finish him. Two nights ago I woke up at 11:30 p.m. and thought "heck, I gotta finish Tien! it´s now or never" haha, so I stayed up late finishing what was pending. At first I wasn´t sure about how the height was going to turn out, as I only used Piccolo for this figure, I didn´t use Goku´s lower legs. What I did was that I made my Piccolo taller and that worked. None taken on the Yamcha comparison haha, I actually admit Tien turned out better than him, which is funny because I put so much time/dedication on Yamcha but I´m just glad to have them both. I will fix the shoulder issue this weekend, as well as finish his alternate head, and his Tri Beam hands. I still have to look for a nice Tribeam accessory. I thought the same on the third eye, I´m glad you noticed haha, so I will definitely touch it up. I´ll post more pics on the weekend, so stay tuned. Thanks again for the comments |

Is the alternate head the screaming SS Goku head? Because if so... bad.... ASS!!!! Is the alternate Piccolo head as base but I re did his eyes so it´s looking to the center and re did his mouth too so it´s screaming |
