After looking on YouTube I found a Spanish collector who got his hands on him early and this is a side by side of the pc and the new vegeta coming out in October. The head seems different on the new one than the Proto pics but it's still a definite improvement over the OG head. The new one looks way better. It makes PC Vegeta look like a Datong...LOL

I hope they get re-released. It seems like I'm somewhat late to the party. i have friends that have been collecting them for a while, and I jumped in when Trunks got the PC treatment. And now I've been bit by the DBZ Figuart bug. I'm not the type to collect every single character out of every line though. I just get my favorite characters. but to be honest, while I think the Figuarts are cool and all, I don't think they warrant the second-market prices. I wish you luck with that... I started the same way 2 years ago and now own at least 17 different ones including most of the SDCC's. Its hard to stop wanting them when these new releases come out looking all amazing and stuff. Lol true

I hope for a 2.0 anime colours Piccolo. I think they could get significant sales even if it wasn't battle damaged. If they included a lot of accessories, and sold for a decent price, it could work. The only problem with current Figuarts releases is the relative lack of accessories, and Piccolo was always a bit scant (two faces/three heads?). EDIT: If I recall correctly, wasn't Piccolo the first Figuarts release? I think it's time he was given another shot! Yeah, I feel the same way. The accessories is what finally made me pull the trigger on Trunks as my first DB figuart figure. I think it's one of the better deals when it comes to the DB Figuart line. It comes with non-saiyan and saiyan hair, plus all of the accessories including the sword. Even if the PC version had one less face, I believe?

I could definitely see them releasing some other version of 18 at the very least since she has various outfits and they said they wanna do more females anyways. 17 is a maybe and 16 has the worst chance. He's the first character I've seen drop in the aftermarket. It's highly unlikely they'd revisit him in any way. Honestly he was pretty good except for his height and while not the most exciting characters, competing the trio is nice. The after market prices are ridiculous and I feel for all the newcomers. Luckily with PC's and the 2.0's it gives everyone a chance to either upgrade or just have the character in some way. Yeah, hopefully. Talking about price drops, Amazon dropped Cell-saga Trunks to $38 shipped. That's the lowest I've seen it.

"How else could they possible be repainted?" The same way Vegeta, Trunks, and Cell were repainted? No one really anticipated neither of those PC releases either. I remember people said the same thing about trunks and Cell especially. So their release is just as likely, IMO. And the Android sold out as quick as any of the original releases. Plus, I don't consider $90 to be "semi-affordable" for a Figuart. But that is my opinion. If you think that they're worth the $90+ prices then by all means. I've been in this line from the beginning and trust me that anything below $100 is actually pretty decent considering the crazy aftermarket. Not saying any figure is actually worth that. I already have them all but I'm just going by likelihood and Tamashii won't premium color EVERY character so if there's any that won't make the cut it may just be the Androids. Trunks, Vegeta, and Cell were always being asked about so seeing them get PC treatment isn't too surprising. Simply giving advice based on probability here bro I hope they get re-released. Haha same here. Except I'm looking to get the newer Figma Motoko. I can't bring myself to spend $90+ /ea for No. 17 and 18. I'm pretty sure that they'll get re-issued as PC's. But what if by the time that happens, No. 16 is $90, or so. I mean I could live with just having 17 and 18, but that would be funny, if 16 is $90 by the time they get reissued (ifff they get re-issued) I doubt the Androids would get re-released tbh. The big sellers like the current PC's and perhaps Frieza, Scouter Vegeta, and Goku could see PC's but the Androids weren't exactly flying off the shelves. Plus how else could they possibly be repainted? I would get them know while they're still semi-affordable if I were you or risk them going up into higher prices. I still feel like an idiot for buying the PC Vegeta when he came out. I feel like a sucker. Because Kami knows I'm going to buy this new Vegeta. His faces and hair alone look much better, plus the new leg joints and abdomen joints. Big seller here to me, even if they are being jerks and not including black hair (again...) So now I'll just have two ssj vegetas, I guess. I'd pose the PC Vegeta in a powered down state, but ya know, SCREW EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO DO THAT LOL. I mean I have the powerdown head from that cappy datong souter Vegeta that eventually just broke, but it really looks like crap. Maybe I'll just paint ssj Vegeta myself. Ah. don't feel bad man. it could've been worse. you could've paid $140+ for the Vegeta right before PC got released (for $40.) That happened to my friend. Even though it is slightly better, it's not $100 more betta, you know?

Incorrect, PC Vegeta is an accurate Android Saga version of the character. The new Super Vegeta is an accurate Cell Saga version. Just the same as the Teen Gohan is an accurate Cell Saga version and Ultimate Gohan is an accurate Buu Saga version. Just because Super Vegeta is being released, does not make PC Vegeta an obsolete release. It could be said that the new Vegeta is also Android saga accurate, so PC Vegeta is not necessary in anyone's collection, quite frankly. Sure, Bandai would have you buy every single Vegeta iteration by saying they are from different sagas even though they are basically the same exact character variant. But that doesn't mean you have to fall for it.

As far as the Ladies of DBZ display would go... At the forefront would be DB Bulma and Kid Chi-Chi, with RoF Bulma, Namek Bulma, Saiyan Saga Chi-Chi, Videl, and Launch on the sides.
I've never seen this pic before as far as I know. Gee, it really bothers me that kid Goku's head is so much larger than anyone else's. You can't even display him with the other Figuarts figures without it looking goofy. I hope they make him much smaller.
I can't even put to words how disappointed I would be if they finally made Tien and Yamcha and later came out with Chaozu and Chaozu's head was bigger than Tien and Yamcha's!
Yeah, I see your point about kid Goku, I'd probably display him on my computer desk next to Mario and Luigi Figuarts. But Chaozu's head IS bigger than Tien's and Yamcha's. It would be accurate that way.

And please correct me if I'm wrong, but none of those seem to have the updated joint system. Am I missing something?

Hey, whats a goods price to pay for the SS Goku? I see it on Amazon for 35-38 shipped If it's new, you're not going to find him for much cheaper than that. I bought mine for $20 shipped, but he was used. I've seen most listings for him at $45+ Thanks.
