yeah... its been taking them too long to re-release this figure that's why i began to doubt for a minute there if this was a regular release  )) Sooner or later they're going to re-release him. It's the only one that doesn't fall under their "web exclusive" mumbo jumbo. I post a friendly reminder to Tamashii/Bluefin on Facebook every month. |

So I finally opened my SSJ Goku only to have his right bicep fall off and it won't go back in, sigh I believe most of them have that problem. Mine does, too. There's a "How To" post awhile back that gives you some ideas on what to do. |

I didn't expect Raditz to suddenly get in first place. I'm glad he is though, he's my top release next to Bardock and Majin Vegeta. |

My collection so far.. It's nothing special but I like it! Hopefully I can find frieza for a decent price soon before it's too late. Can't wait for the androids and broly!  Jacksdo Trunks looks awesome in those photos! |

Just starting out and this was my first line that get me into collecting. Although its pricey, i found it very awesome and impressed how detailed and articulated they are. like most of the collectors, i was also left out when they released the early figures  I want to ask your opinions about the value of the figures ten years from now. will they stay expensive and their value climb up thru the years or eventually they will decrease in value because of low demand or other factors like a new awesome DB line is created? lastly, based on the current releases, how complete do you think will they make this line? will they bother creating lesser known characters or stick to popular ones and stop right there? Welcome! The value in this line would be difficult to estimate in ten years. The line could be still be going, to be honest. Demand has insanely increased this year, driving up the prices, so there's no indication that they will decrease any time soon. This line is THE line for Dragon Ball Z figures, though, and that'll stay for a long time. It depends on the demand. There's still quite a lot of characters that need to be released because the demand is there at the moment; Nappa, Tien, Yamcha, Majin Vegeta, and etc. (Raditz and Bardock are two of my top wants.) Tamashii was going to stop after Manga Super Saiyan Gohan but Bluefin told them the demand of the Western Market. (That's why I feel Bluefin should be in control of the line more so than Tamashii.) If you need help on collecting any of the figures, let us know. There's websites with great deals and eBay has a great Super Saiyan Vegeta alternative, albeit a bootleg. P.S. There's the Datong bootleg as an alternative if you're interested in getting the figure. Very cheap and worthy for the figure with two heads and sets of hands. It couldn't bring myself to buy it. I just don't like the idea of mixing fake figures in with real ones. D: While that's understandable, it never hurts to inform those that want a Super Saiyan Vegeta but don't want to pay $200+, there's always a great alternative.  |

 Boring right? oh well. Only if you find it boring. Any display is a great display because it shows others the collectors view of these figures. Whether you have them all goofing around, standing in a serious group pose, or an epic battle. They're all fun. |

I would only like Captain Ginyu with a Son Goku head and a scouter. The others are cool but I don't necessarily think they're really useful as S.H. Figuarts.

I just want Trunks and SS Vegeta o bad!! I want to buy two of each (one with normal head, and one with SS head) and with this prices I cant buy even one!! Buy a Datong Super Saiyan Vegeta. For a bootleg, it's great. Many people have been buying them on eBay. It's well worth the $30 for a simple figure with two sets of faces and hands. Trunks is almost two figures in one, if that helps any in of your buying decisions. You could buy another Datong Super Saiyan Vegeta and put which ever Trunks head you're not currently *using on that. There's some great pictures of that figure. Who knows, maybe some day a well made bootleg of Trunks will come out similar to Datong Super Saiyan Vegeta.   |

Don't give a rat's a** about "collectible value," I find that to be a horrible business ethic. "Integrity by alienation" is always laughable to me from any company.
Bluefin should try to repaint Super Saiyan Vegeta, especially with darker blue clothes, and re-release him at SDCC. Future Trunks will more than likely not happen but Tamashi could release Cell Games Trunks or Bojack Trunks to compensate. I wish Bluefin had a lot more control for this series. They saved this line to begin with.

My advice, gotenks, is if you intend to have the figure then it's best to get it as soon as possible. I've never seen these figures go down in price but I'm fairly new. Considering Broly's popularity though, do not wait too long. Having the ability to pre-order is a gift in this line. Thought I would share this: Hello from Amazon.ca. I love how the crossed arms are made. Hopefully they'll decide to continue that for future character releases.
