Anyone think they might reissue Frieza to go along with the new movie? I'm kinda hesitant to buy him right now since there's at least a small chance of that happening. Same with Cell possibly getting an anime recolor. I would say buy him before he gets too expensive because there won't be a re-issue of that specific Frieza. If Tamashii does make another Frieza, other than his other forms, it'll more than likely go along with the movie of him becoming a god and change his colors to match. This is all speculation though. It may take years for Tamashii to even get to developing and producing characters/designs from the new movies. (If you're into bootlegs, there's rumors of Datong making a Frieza in April.) |

If they do indeed plan a year in advance, I believe the picture of the poll that @m5jagdragonpanzeriv put up on his forum is their plan. It seems way too coincidental that the releases/prototypes happen to be on that list.*

SDCC is still a long way, but its got me wonding... What could be the DBZ SDCC repaint this year?
In order of release date:
1. Manga Piccolo - Already got an SDCC release
2. Manga SSJ Goku - Already got an SDCC release
3. Manga Gohan - Already got an SDCC release
4. Super Saiyan Vegeta - Somewhat of a chance to be an SDCC release with gold toes
5. Super Saiyan 3 Goku - High possibility due to awful paint job
6. Future Trunks - Not a very good chance (fairly accurate)
7. Perfect Cell - Already somewhat accurate to anime
8. Saiyan Saga Vegeta - Already got an SDCC release
9. Final Form Frieza - Completely accurate to anime
10. Krillin- Completely accurate to anime
11. Normal Goku - Highest probability of an SDCC release: Possibly Kaioken or Super Saiyan God repaint.
12. Android 18 - Accurate to anime
13. Android 17 - Accurate to anime
14. Broly - Doubt they would release another with green hair 15. Android 16 - Completely accurate to anime 16. Vegito - Completely accurate to anime
@m5jagdragonpanzeriv hit the nail on the head with Super Saiyan Vegeta. I wouldn't bet on Super Saiyan 3 Goku because Tamashii DID actually attempt to make him anime accurate. Future Trunks is already anime accurate. Neither Kaioken or Super Saiyan God repaint would work or be done for Goku. SDCC Exclusives are aimed at the Western market. God Goku is popular everywhere. Kaioken Goku would need a completely different gi. (Edited: Well, with the belt.) A darker/red gi could work for Goku though. Similar to the SDCC Super Saiyan Goku. Broly seems to have green hair but the pictures don't seem to actually capture it correctly. I don't know what's going on with that. I thought Vegito has manga hair. |

Anyone have tips on how to keep a figures arm from falling off? My ssj Gokus left arm easily falls of just below the shoulder! Annoying! Check the Flaws/Defects forum. A lot of people had that problem and some people posted How-To fixes. |

Don't know if this was previously said, but it looks like the set of semi open hands have a peg in middle so Broly can hold his green ki blasts. They don't. I asked the person who took those photos with the green ki blast in his palm and he said he used stick clay or something to hold it in place. |

I voted for Raditz and Bardock. I didn't vote for Gotenks/Goten and Trunks because they seem highly likely if Tamashii is focusing on the Buu Saga.

purely speculation. I simply added those in the hopes the right person would see them and recognize there was demand for the characters. there's absolutely no confirmation or even the slightest suggestion on any of darkened characters. orestes All the sprites were ripped from a Mugen game I have. Excellent idea.  |

decided to update my old sprite chart with some of the new prototypes that were shown off recently. just like the last chart the characters with a question mark on top of them (Kaio-ken/God Goku, Buu Saga/Majin Vegeta, Kid Buu, and Bardock) are purely speculation.  The old picture was my go-to photo when ever I wonder who came out when. Glad to see it updated! |
