I'll keep this in a separate response.  Skin with red undertones.  Seems safe to say the new Vegeta will also have this skin (therefore making it inaccurate). I wonder why I'm the only one bothered by this. Was it really that difficult for them to use the same plastic they were using on the web exclusives to get something like this?   I don't understand it. |

It's bugging me that it's says super saiyan vegeta (2016 edition) it's messing with my mind making me think that's what's gonna be on the box. I hope the official box says super vegeta. I felt the "2016" addition at the end was necessary for the thread title since it has the exact same name as the first SS Vegeta release. |

Overall, this Trunks looks incredible and I'm glad it's a somewhat close match to the PCE SS Vegeta. I won't comment on the skin tone just yet since the video shows a prototype (I'm assuming that this is how the final version is going to look)...and I swore to myself I would avoid making a complaint (trying to do that more)...but...     Maybe it isn't a big deal. Maybe the next "SS Vegeta" is going to be USS Vegeta and maybe it will come with not only the USS Trunks head but a SS stoic face with eyes looking straight. I really hope that's the case. |

I'm hesitant to say this, but...this Trunks seems perfect. The skin tone used seems like it will be compatible with the first Trunks and that has me a bit excited. Aside from that it seems to be a very good match with the PCE SS Vegeta.

SDCC won't be a new figure and chances are this new Vegeta is the next regular release. Also, only Whis is a web exclusive, Beerus is a regular release.

Nah, that can't be reissued. This will either be a USS Vegeta or a Buu Saga Vegeta. I'm not too sure about Majin Vegeta but it would certainly be great if that's what it turns out to be.

 So...Vegeta has blue shading (Goku has black) and it seems they added a gloss finish to the hair. Not as bad as I was expecting...maybe not perfect but it could be worse. |

yeah, I just can't see them making a new torso mold, as great as that would be.
Not a hero, not new, mixed feelings...I'll guess it's Frieza that features battle damaged paint. Granted, I'd be fine with this and would definitely pick it up.

Frieza Saga Vegeta? He technically wasn't a hero at that point in time. That's about the only thing I'd be interested in...but I don't think that's something people would have mixed feelings on. eh. Honestly, I hope it's something that isn't worth picking up. I'm still burned from last year.

granted, there's a chance I could be completely off with this. I've actually had a hard time finding any info on a Galería Tamashii Nations event (where SDCC Goku was first sold) for 2016. For all I know the Mexico "exclusive" could have been a one time deal.
