I think classic kid Goku is too chubby and small to be in articulated form, that's why they went for modern design instead, I'm not saying that I like it more, I love my kid Goku chubby and chibi, but I understand the decision. Still the best articualted kid Goku and one of the best kid Goku figures in my opinion.

I just need more pictures of Goku 2.0 right now. It's pretty cool that it's Frieza Saga, but I kinda wish there was a sash instead of a tied belt. Either way, I'm holding out hope for an Ultimate Gohan 2.0 and a Vegito 2.0, maybe Gogeta too?

Attachment DeletedJust in case you are wondering, Krillin's head on kid Goku's body won't probably look too perfect. The proportions are too childlike for this to work I think. Which is a shame, because I thought about doing it since I don't like how big Figuarts Krillin is... but I sold my last one last year... so I'd have to get a bootleg head if I was to try it. I'm not happy with the idea, so I won't be doing it.

I bet fat buu comes with a chocolate piece (dabura??) and/or candy. Maybe an energy beam for his antenna too!

i thought they would've followed the pattern of releasing the main saga villain in there final(most notable) form

Kid Buu could always be released with a non Majin Vegeta with a halo to accompany him. Super Buu will likely be released with Gotenks

I mean... yes, Fat Buu is almost the least interesting version of the character in terms of the Buu saga itself (Super Buu and his variations had far more screen time and Kid Buu was the "final boss" in the same way 4th form Freeza and Perfect Cell are) but in a post-Super landscape, I almost understand it? Fat Buu has been an active member of the Super supporting cast since Kid Buu's defeat, even with all the BS Super's writers have done to keep him out of action. He's also the version that we have more investment in from Z, because of his character arc with Mr. Satan.
So on the one hand, I'm happy to see more of the supporting cast get filled out, and I'm happy to get this version. On the other... yeah, it also kinda pisses me off that after years, YEARS of teasing Super Buu as the last major villain from Z to not have a figure, now that we've FINALLY started to move fully into Buu saga releases, we're instead getting Fat Buu.
That all having been said... if we do not get our lord and savior Mr. Satan to go with Fat Buu, I am organizing a riot at Bandai headquarters I swear to Kaioshin.
