Gona weigh in on vegito news too. Always like the character, more the fact that he was a beast than because of any personality, and the design is pretty cool (I like blue). I think that goten and trunks, or even adult gohan would have been better (read more important to the collection) but I'm still gona buy him.
The worst bit about this news is that it confirms that the saiyans will be the focus, and that the buu saga is now the focus too. Yamcha and tien are looking more like pipe dreams, although the fact they made krillin is giving me hope yet! Raditz and nappa count as saiyans, and they both have rocking armor, so I can see them now being made. Bardock would be sweet too, but the buu saga focus kinda blows the saiyan saga saiyans (say that three times fast!) out of the water.

I wouldn't get too worked up about Vegito. Even though he'll be taking up the spot of a new release, the fact there was no hint of him ever before just proves Tamashii realized how easy it would be to make him and make more money. So despite his announcement, I think there will still be 3 new characters shown or announced at SDCC. My money is on Kid Buu, Trunks, and Goten....though I'd prefer Super Buu, Tien, and Yamcha.

Actually Vegito was an option on the Tamashii poll, so does every other release so far after I think, future releases might be from this list.  |

Well he's always been an option. So was Mr Satan and Roshi back in the day. I think they just realized how simple of a release he could be with only needing modifications to his head, gloves and boots, which the latter two could be taken from Vegeta, just enlarged....as much as we'd like a new sculpt, it just probably won't happen. Evidence in the Vegeta exclusive.

I doubt Vegito will be entirely new. There's very little reason to make him different. As I recall, Vegito was basically the same size as Goku. Gogeta, on the other hand, was between Goku and Vegeta's heights. So, I would probably expect them to use the same torso, hips, thighs, and upper arms as Goku. The lower legs will have to be different because the boots don't come off the lower legs, and I don't know about forearms/hands. I imagine they'd have to do different ones to make gloves work. They can't just repaint Goku and call him done no matter what. Vegito kind of annoys me as a release though. Such a boring character. At A-kon, nobody hinted Vegito to me. The only mention of him was when I was asked "What do you think about Vegito and Gogeta?" and I said something along the lines of "I don't really think they'd be amazing sellers. They are characters popular with new DBZ fans, but a lot of the hardcore fans only kind of accept them. Saiyan fans would buy them, but they aren't particularly essential to a collection. Gogeta is only in 1 movie for a few minutes fighting only 1 villain and Vegetto is only in a couple of episodes fighting 1 villain, so even if you're a fan, there's not a lot of material to be a fan of." I then got sidetracked talking about how there are some people who would want a Janemba, myself included, and I went on about that. I'd possibly buy Gogeta if Janemba was made. But I'd buy Janemba no matter what.  He's the most evil looking villain ever in DBZ in my opinion. Vegito though? Not for me. I don't plan on buying any Buu Saga characters unless they make somebody really unexpected (anybody who isn't a Saiyan or form of Buu). |

I don't really know how I feel about Janemba. I mean I love the look and powers but there's no dialog no real story and it's over just as quick as it began.  . Maybe I just need to rewatch idk |

Best way to start collecting these is buying huge lots that contain mostly all of them. I started collecting this line earlier this year and now I'm up to date.
