I'd be willing to buy one of those Kaioken Goku figures were the prices not insane. The worst part about collecting S.H.Figuarts DBZ are the SDCC exclusives and these Tamashii Nations releases whose prices are ridiculous.

Just gotta be patient. The prices will go down as there will be more supply hitting the aftermarket once the other World Tour events take place. Hype will die down as well and this may most likely be the SDCC exclusive too. It'll settle somewhere between $100-150, just give it some time

However, I am not paying that much $ for a figure that if I had the time and proper knowledge of paints to use (as I only own acrylics from my days of tabletop gaming) I could very easily recreate through buying & painting a standard Figuarts Goku. Not to mention that bootlegs and counterfeits prevent S.H.Figuarts from going ahead and releasing figures at a quicker rate as they have to protect their own interests when factoring in the criminal elements who seek to profit from their business. |

If that is indeed what an S.H.Figuarts Saibamen looks like (i.e. pictured next to Nappa) than they look terribly out of scale. Glad I was able to get a hold of quite a few of the Sofvi Saibamen as they are perfect scale with the S.H.Figuarts figure line.

Hey I am new to collecting DBZ sh figuarts I just bought my first figure , I want to know will ssj 3 goku get restocked when it is released according to your previous experiences, because I missed on preorder.

I've said it earlier on the Ace thread, but I'm calling it now. The figures I hope to see at SDCC are:
- Updated prototype of SSj God Goku (thanks to him being confirmed)
- SSj2 Goku
- XV2 Time Patroller (normal and Super Saiyan, SSj3 might be a stretch, though if they put them all in, could pave the way for Gotenks to have them all)
- Mira
- Towa? (she doesn't do much in regards to fighting, but her and Mira are like Beerus and Whis)
- Updated Majin Vegeta (hopefully with correct hair, I can live with it if it doesn't)
- Gotenks
- Tien (maybe both prototypes?)
- Yamcha (maybe both prototypes?)
I know, most of those picks seem a bit out there, but I'm mostly thinking of Xenoverse and its sequel (and how XV2's Time Patroller has the hair of my CaC). You can't have the Time Patroller (from either game) without the game's villains (though Demigra is a bit difficult to do, hence why he's not on that list). Not only that, but you can't have a Majin Vegeta somewhere out there and NOT have a SSj2 Goku with him. That's like... Knuckles without pointy knuckles!

Speaking of SDCC. Any thoughts what it could be this year? I get the feeling it will just be Kaio-Ken Goku like the did with the Mexico Goku. Not many more recolours I can think of besides PC Krillin with the skin coloured eyes. Thinking outside the box what if it was Armoured Trunks but with the Ascended Super Saiyan head that was shown off.  |

Perhaps a shirtless or torn-up version as a way to mix it up? |

The Trunks would be a great selection although he would probably fetch a nice aftermarket price so that would suck. Personally I think it'll just be the Kaioken Goku only without the sleeve and maybe no energy effect.
