Holy cow! you're right! if it is Bardock, many people will be happy including me  . Totally wasn't expecting this. I thought it was more Broly teasers, but it could be Bardock. Hopefully the'll unveil more protos/characters this week. |

ugh...Rilldo came for a visit. LOL Was it like "kakarrrootttt!!!!" As for the facebook post.......Bardock??? No, it has to be Broly. Maybe both?  Branjita I can't believe the Figuarts Cell is the same height at SBC!!! |

Remember how some of us talked about how armourless Nappa can be solved by giving him clip-on armour similar to SBC figures? Fun Fact: Sh Figuarts has done exactly something like that with a previous figure! SH Figuarts Lunatic - www.tomopop.com/ul/27942-tomopop-review-bandai-s-s-h-figuarts-lunatic/0%20Accessories-noscale.jpgThe inside of the plastic for the clip on cape is specially moulded so that it fits snug onto the figure without rubbing off any paint. The large piece is the back while the other 2 are alternate front pieces. Bandai, if you are really checking this forum, this is your solution for Nappa! Seriously, why would you go through the trouble of creating the prototype if you're only going to cancel it a year later? What a complete waste of resources! Also, remember how these figures sell much better in the USA and west than they do in Japan? Remember Dragon Ball Z Abridged? It has arguably elevated Nappa's character FAR beyond what he originally was in canon and has made him a favourite of many people. That right there is yet another reason why it would be good to release him! If you're worried about the price, why are you? Cell and Frieza sold well above normal retail and they sold out online everywhere! Nappa would do just fine. And like others have said here, if he was released you could also repaint him for the 2015 SDCC exclusive. Cmon! What reason would you have to cancel him? *end rant* This had to be said again. Plus considering Cell and Frieza have flaws and still sold well, I think Nappa would be one of their best sellers. |

It would be cool if that hint was for a Bardock, but more than likely it's another tease for Broly. Which is still cool. But you know what would be even cooler if this was teasing a Grandpa Gohan figure, LOL!

Hey guys, don't let me accidentally mislead you! It might ONLY be Broly!
However! It MIGHT be somebody else...! But Bardock was not mentioned to me... so... you guys are going in a direction I don't want to lead you down.
It could just be Broly. But there are other possibilities!

Pretty sure the baby Goku thing is just going to lead us to the full Broly unveil. We all know what a big affect that screaming little bastard had on Broly's psyche.

When I got the SDCC Gohan, I was very surprised that he was actually shorter than the Irwin Cell Games Gohan. |

The detail on Figuarts do make them seem like they must be bigger than they really are, but at the same time, Figuarts Goku or Vegeta are much larger than SBC, Irwin, or Jakks versions, so Perfect Cell coincidentally being the same size as SBC Cell is kind of unique.

broly is a character i personally feel no attachment to. never heard of the movies in the UK as a kid (just endless satudays in school hols with whole sagas on back to back on cartoon network!) and the first time i saw him was on budokai 3 as this super powerfull dude. after watching the movies in my early 20's i still am a bit meh on him. i will def buy the figure though, i need some villians for my figuarts to smackdown with!

I've been quiet about it because I don't think it will ever happen but if they decided to make an SDCC Cell that looks exactly like this image that would be incredible. Gohan not sure, I'll have to look into it. |
