It's almost certainly a direct reference to an upcoming Broly release. Whether that means he is the SDCC exclusive, or just the next in line after 17 remains to be seen. Personally, I'd rather see him be the SDCC as it means we won't have to wait very long to have him. I am so glad I didn't fork out for the Ichiban Kuji Broly after all.

I think SSJ Vegeta is going to be the exclusive, and Broly, being the SDCC poll winner, will come out at the end of the year. They're not going to miss the opportunity to get him to the masses. If there's an increase in the SDCC price, Broly will already be expensive, so it will turn off a lot of buyers, since he's huge in the more casual fanbase. I'm just curious how they wil repaint Vegeta since they already painted him like the anime.
They'll probably just retool the boots, but hopefully give him bleach blond hair. If they bulked him up a bit and reprinted the Saiyan saga screaming face, for his iconic Final Flash pose, I'd explode like Vegeta's Final Atonement.

Lol seriously I would buy 10 of him. Anywas it doesn't matter to me who gets release next as long as its a new character or if they release same character atleast a new redesign outfit not a repaint.

I just want to know the SDCC exlcusive already. I'm having my friend go to SDCC this year as I'm having him get the exclusives for me. I'll see if he's willing to get me a bunch of them and possible I will hook some of you guys up with the SDCC Vegeta before it's release online. Of course it's going to cost more than the original price, but I promise it's not going to be much at all.

My money is on USSJ Broly being the 2014 SDCC exclusive, and here's why; Broly is obviously going to need to be a much larger figure, meaning it will most probably be far more costly for Tamashii to produce in large numbers. Being a non-canon movie character, Broly, just doesn't boast the mass appeal staple characters such as Goku or Vegeta. The SDCC is the perfect forum for Tamashii to test the performance of high cost, low yield figure in finite production numbers, thus minimising their projected losses comparative to a fully fledged production run. If it proves a success they capitalise in their investment, if not they don't stand to loose too much.

They are probably telling us there will be more than one character. I bet on Vegeta and Broly. But if they intend to release all characters who says Kakarot they should give us Raditz, Nappa, Bardock, etc.

I just think a Normal Broly would have a lot of benefits....one being that people WILL still buy him because it's Broly....and two, it'll lead up to an USSBroly release in the future as maybe the 2015 SDCC exclusive. Normal Broly 2014! Even I'd get him.
