I've always preferred Gogeta to Vegito. I can pretty much only say in regards to looks since Gogeta had like 2 lines in the movie. Then again I feel like that was on purpose perhaps showing how Gogeta was more like Vegeta in that he got straight to the point whereas Vegito played around like Goku would. Either way the best aspect of the rumor is the possibility of Janemba. It at least gives a small hope for him if Gogeta is released. Just think about how sick a Janemba Figuart would be. Wait I think you got it the opposite. Wouldn't Vegeta be playing around while Goku would be calm, kind of happy and serious? Vegito got them mixed though, Gogeta got Goku's dominant ''no time to f around'' genes and Vegeta's dominant '' actions speak louder than words''.

I was never a big fan of Gogeta and Janemba, I do like Janemba's design A LOT (seriously, it is one of the best designed characters in the franchise), but I don't like them as much as wanting a figure of them. And I do hope to see other characters rather than them.

the SSj3 Vegeta prototype shoulda been SSj4 Vegeta instead :/ Nah, Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta prototype was better to see. It showed Tamashii is willing to go into different designs that aren't part of Dragon Ball, Z, GT, and Super. Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta is bound to happen once this guy comes out and sells like crazy...

Goku's always the one to test his opponents power and drag the fight on while preaching about converting over to the good side. Vegeta usually gets right to the point of kicking ass and taking names all while talking crap.

And Goku only dragged on in the frieza saga, he was arguably at his most cruel at that time because he tried to prove a point.

The absorption of the Androids was Vegeta's cockiness, not his ruthlessness in finishing his opponent. Android 19 fight was over rather quickly actually and when he fought Zarbon for the second time he got right down to it. In RoF he made quick work of Frieza while Goku took an entire movie (although this does come after Fusion Reborn, it still speaks to both their attitudes). Goku usually spends his time talking to his opponents or testing their skills. Vegeta doesn't. Point is to me at least, Gogeta just screamed dominant Vegeta while Vegito was more Goku in his mannerisms laughing and dragging everything on.

You guys are including Gogeta SS4 from GT? He was way more Goku in the fight with Omega Shenron than Vegeta. Vegetto has things from both, but he was playing and teasing Buu to be absorbed all the time.

While they both should technically be 50/50 of each, we're referring to the instances that we saw both characters. With Vegito and Buu, Goku was more dominant during the fight while with SSJ Gogeta and Janemba, Vegeta was. In the fight with SSJ4 Gogeta and Omega, the Goku side became more dominant. We're talking about SSJ Gogeta and all we have to go on is his one brief appearance and he was definitely more Vegeta at that moment. Who knows, maybe each time they do fusion, the dominance switches

I don't really understand the obsession with Janemba. Why does he draw so many fans? Yeah, I don't either. Pretty generic bad guy.

Gogeta: Goku +Vegeta--Goku's voice is dominant Vegetto: Kakaratto + Vegeta--Vegeta's voice is dominant
I watched an interview with Chris Sabat and Sean Schemmel, and they said that Sean had to act like Chris for Vegito, and Chris had to act like Sean for Gogeta.
I really don't think Gogeta or Vegetto are much different. The anime spreads everything out with filler. Goku utterly demolishes Freeza in the manga; whereas in the anime, it looks like Freeza has a chance. Vegeta is ruthless, but likes to show off. Goku wanted to immeadiately turn back to Vegetto to finish Boo, whereas as Vegeta smashed his earrings. Goku then suggested wishing for Gohan to finish of Kid Boo, and Vegeta refused.
Vegetto gets right to the point in the manga too, but needs to take the time so Boo could be tricked. He was ruthless with how he beat up Boo, so you could argue for both Goku and Vegeta.
Gogeta was a movie character, so everything was paced differently. If he was in the series everything would have been really spread out as well. That's basically what every DBZ movie did pre-Battle of Gods.

Both fusions do and should have attributes of both Goku and Vegeta and the dominance does seem to change depending on the situation. Personally I still think Gogeta was more Vegeta like but that's just my opinion. It's a shame we never got to see more of him since I always thought he was cooler than Vegito mostly in his appearance. Always dug the fusion vest. Anyways, getting back on topic, I think Gogeta would sell much better than Vegito. Maybe it's cuz he's a movie character and the fact that he's short lived but I know a lot of people prefer Gogeta to Vegito. Vegito still hasn't really risen in price but I bet if they released Gogeta now he would skyrocket in no time. Yeah, I don't either. Pretty generic bad guy. he was honestly one of the most brutal looking villains in my opinion when i was watching the show growing up. i dunno Completely agree. It's his look that gives him his fandom. He just looks so badass and has cool attacks and a freaking sick sword. I never really liked him for his personality since well, he didn't really have one tbh.
