So. When goku (gt) releases, the following year sdcc will be end of Z goku and the only difference will be the pink wristbands painted white :toofunny:

WAIT HOLD ON ,that speciation link you guys provided , it said something about the naruto sh figuarts that they won't make them anymore ? Whattttttt )))))))): I collect both naruto and DBZ figuarts If they canned the naruto line I'm gonna be pretty bummed out :/ Kakashi and Minato are still coming out. I'm willing to bet if they do The Sannin, or at the very least Jiraiya, sales would rocket but given Naruto's weak sales the line doesn't seem like a success. Kakashi might change their mind though, he's pre sold out at a couple sites.
I'll be cautiously optimistic for that list. Gotenks and Nappa sound right on the money, but until it's verified to be solid info I'm going to not take it too seriously. Some of it sounds right, but some of it including the Naruto info, sounds iffy.

Nappa with armor will be an awesome figure if the size is right. I'd love to have Nappa and Raditz along side scouter Vegeta. Such a cool trio.
I know these are only rumors, but battle damaged SS Goku, premium color SS Vegeta and Future Trunks started as rumors before pics are released.

GT Goku has pink wristbands no? End of Z Goku has orange ones, green pants, and orange ankle wraps. It'd be an easy repaint to make into End of Z Goku. The figure they showed is accurate though so what's the problem?

We were told a long time ago that Tamashii has had a bunch of prototypes around for years, so I believe it! We'll just have to wait and see if they come out next year. I'm 100% confident we are getting Majin Vegeta, and the reason they didn't show it off at the convention was because there's so much hype built up for Majin Vegeta they want to get it near perfect before showing it. All those prototypes are all popular choices among fans so they make sense, but I was shocked to see Namek Vegeta! If it's true, I love Tamashii even more! The Namek arc is my favorite arc of the series, so I would be so happy to get him in that uniform! I now want a shrine to both Goku and Vegeta! Give me Kid Vegeta to match Kid Goku too!

The thing that always seems to be lacking are baddies. I want the prior forms of Cell and Frieza! I thought for sure we'd be seeing First Form Frieza soon. Oh well, at least (if the leaks are true) they're coming in hard with Buu Saga stuff. That was my favorite saga so it's nice to see it get some more love sooner rather than later.

I've only started collecting DB SHF figures this year, so I have no place to dismiss these rumours, but after over 10 years of Manga/Anime figure collecting I've learned you have to take everything you hear with a pinch of salt. I've seen numerous *wishlist*/*leaklist* threads like this (most originating from 4chan), and in the vast majority of cases they never materialize to anything. Hell, if we see prototypes of figures at conventions that never get released, how can we have any confidence about 3rd hand information from self-proclaimed reps/employees will come to fruition? Yeah, yeah, I'm sure some execs at Tamashii have sat around a table throwing idea's around like, "oh, what about Yamcha," or "maybe Kid Buu would look cool", but getting a figure to the manufacturing stage is a completely different ball game. Right now we are seeing a trend in the industry of sticking to the same characters and milking the cash cows. We have Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Beerus, Vegeta, likely followed by another Trunks for the next 6 months. They'll be using this time to gauge popularity of Super (JP DVD sales/NA viewing figures) before likely bombarding us with an onslaught of Super characters and updated sculpts of old Z figures like Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta again (using the new Trunks mechanics) for the rest of 2016.... I'm seriously not holding my breath for any huge developments. Kid Goku and SSJ4 Goku may be it............... On the bright side however, it seems Tamashii aren't completely adverse to developing new sculpts and bigger characters. I don't know if anyone caught their Kinnikuman display, but that Big The Budo and Asuraman look great!! Would be great to see a multi-arm Tenshinhan!

I totally get why they re release the characters, however anoying it is to long time fans. It makes more people buy into the line. im not sure as many people would be jumping on if they only released one version of the characters. Vegeta as an ssj is getting a rerelease this December, which may anoy people who think the alot could go to someone else, but realistically the people moaning loudest will be those with he original ssj vegeta. Most people whooshed out originally will be stoked. Same goes for trunks. goku gets the slots because if ur gona have a 1 dbz fig it's likely to be goku. He was my first purchase. So if tamashi wants people to keep jumping onto the line then will keep releasing him. I don't mind it, it spreads the cost for me if I don't think each release is a necessary purchase.

kanji Well, the "guaranteed" releases that were mentioned (PCE SS3 Goku, Cell, & Krillin) aren't that difficult to believe, especially since Cell and SS3 Goku have already been hinted at. Tamashii has found their work around for getting web exclusives out again, it's only natural for them to make a few more PCE releases. As for the prototypes mentioned...time will tell if any of them see a release (or are ever shown, OR truly exist) but I think it's highly likely. People will simply have to be patient.

^Exactly. These prototypes and upcoming releases the guy speaks of aren't anything crazy. For that reason I'm inclined to believe him. If it's not true so what, no harm done.

The only tidbit that's making me kinda doubt this rumor is the part about Yamcha; I don't exactly see him as a priority, I don't see him being discussed in the ranks of Majin Vegeta & Kid Buu. There's no doubting that Tamashii will put out popular 1st & 2nd tier characters, rarely will they ever visit a 3rd tier character (and lets face it, placing Yamcha at 3rd tier is still being generous).
Yamcha has a niche audience of fans (myself included), and yes Tamashii can make literally any DBZ character & we would eat it up, especially Yamcha since it's an extremely easy release, but Tamashii doesn't think the way we do.

Yamcha is an easy, believable release because it can use the Goku body with a head swap. That's my guess.

Cut off Ultimate Gohan's bang, add scar decals to the faces, and you're really not that far off from a Android/Cell Saga Yamcha. They would have to create a new mold for the body but they could do that by simply sculpting away the blue undershirt from the Goku body. I believe the only thing left are the shoes.

That would explain why they aren't making Tien first. It's not cuz of popularity but simply because Yamcha would require a much simpler retooling than Tien would. Even so, Yamcha probably won't be out for a while. Saiyans sell and there's plenty to keep making before they start dishing out the minor characters.
