As long as the original figures don't lose value, I don't mind the advanced color. Trunks has already dipped from being upwards of 3-400 to a ( More sane I guess? ) 200 average. E: And that is with the figure just being announced, and coming with less accessories. Dude do you even know that it's coming with less accessories or are you just talking out of your a$$? Not trying to be a dick, but it seriously pisses me off when someone throws out something without proof, and people start believing it and spreads it all over the forums. If you could, provide a link for your source. |

He was correct, so don't say people are talking out of their ass when you could easily do the research yourself bro... |

I bought into this line back in April. I've paid over $1k on this line. Not bragging, just a fact. If the line goes to be worth less than retail? I was just going to keep the figures anyway, so whatever. I do see how people who are 'speculating' on the ever increasing prices of the exclusives would be mad, but you're investing in action figures, not a high yield stock or something. There are much better things to speculate on. Advanced Color re-issues keep the line alive for new comers, and helps out people who didn't want to spend $200+ on Cell/SSj3 Goku, and lets them still compete with DaTong. As long as it doesn't get out of hand and kill off the collectors from the line, then I'm all for it. Like I said before, if we can still get a solid 3-4 releases a year, and even if the other 8 months are filled with Advanced Color releases, that's still par for the course of what the line was getting before. Before reissues and PCE variants were a factor four figures a year seemed to be the norm. Is it disappointing that they don't put out more new figures when they possibly could? Definitely, but that doesn't mean there isn't a good reason why they don't. More reissues and variants flooding the market could result in greater success for the line (when it seems to be highly successful already) and this is nothing but a good thing as it increases the chances for new figures. |

i hpoe that with all the advance color figures coming out it pulls more people in to the line and gives figuarts the chance to drop some figs we otherwise probably wouldn't have got (nappa raditz kid gohan with the dragonball hat).i for one don't collect for the resale option and actually i don't keep boxes either i bought the sdcc goku and same day i got it i opened it and burnt the box with some other trash. i have some ikea cases that i rearange every couple weeks that is the fun in collcting for me.

Trunks comes with interchangeable hands (x8), interchangeable face parts (normal x1, Super Saiyan x3), and sword (x2). OG Trunks (Looking at mine on my desk right now in the box) comes with interchangeable hands (14x), interchangeable face parts (normal x4, Super Saiyan x4), and sword (x2). Your welcome. Off the top of my head the original came with something like 14 hands and 8 faces, as opposed to the 8 and 4 the PC version does. Would have to double check but I think that's around the mark. I felt like an idiot when I got the Figma Lucina and I was surprised it came with a figma branded zip lock bag. It's such a simple addition that I was extremely impressed with. Then I went to the kitchen and found that I had plenty more and smaller bags that actually fit what I needed to hold much better than the one that was the entire figures size! |

Lucina must've been your first Figma I'm assuming. That's what's awesome about them. EVERY figure comes with a nice little bag and a stand. You won't see Tamashii doing that, EVER. They didn't even include a hook for Ultimate Gohan. Would've been nice to have an extra rod and hook included with him... |

I just bought Cell recently for $170 as he's my favorite villain and I didn't anticipate a premium color version so soon, but guessed it would happen eventually. I can't imagine the color will differ that much however, and it will likely be missing the Kamehameha effect. SSJ3 on the otherhand is an easy re-color as they made such a mess of the first one, so i'm excited about this, although again sadly, I expect the effects will be omitted. Not worth spending $150+ on though. Anyway, back to your point, I believe they are in the pipeline, but we'll need to wait for Tamashii Nations event in 2 weeks for more concrete proof. |

They were concepts created by Orbital Frame from the Sideshow forum. The information however comes from an interview with a Bluefin representative but for now nothing is officially confirmed. It is however very likely that it's true since last year the Vegeta and Trunks repaints were confirmed through that exact forum. |
