And thats why he cant be a sdcc exclusive... everyone should be able to buy a majin vegeta for a decent price, not only the sdcc visitors... I really hope that all important figures gets released and distributed for everyone.

yeah, chances are the minor retooling they mentioned could just be for new armored boot tips. Majin Vegeta would be awesome though.

Yeah, and I would never pre-order from an eBay seller... never in a million years...

I think the SDCC exclusive will be either a manga colored SS Vegeta or an Arlia colored Saiyan Saga Vegeta. Based on the 3 previous exclusives, they'll probably just do a reprint rather than a new sculpt which would be needed for Majin Vegeta.

Manga coloring would be useless though since they've changed to anime. They made 18 anime, and 17 as well with the first prototype.

heres all they need to do to please fans and collectors: SDCC Super Vegeta... Bam. Bigger muscle sculpt. Not too difficult to modify, using same basic legs and armor (but with more mass). Boot tips. New hair sculpt, and a sexy sheen paint job like in the anime when he first transformed with that dark contrast and light hair Something like this would be amazing but more realistically like this Current SS Vegeta's seem to have this color scheme So still technically an "SS vegeta" figure, that everyones been wanting, but different enough to be worth to own, and not piss off first time vegeta buyers/JP, yet please newer collectors who wish to own a ss vegeta. Plus, lets be real, was his most badass point in the cell arc. Win win win.

Neat idea, TPereZ, but I think a Super Vegeta would definitively need new legs at the least. His legs are massive. And his torso would probably need to be new, too, considering how small the existing torso is compared to the rest of the body. And with new arms and new feet and a new head to go with them... It'd need a more extensive retooling than Saiyan Saga Vegeta. Even a Buu Saga Vegeta would be an easier retool (though I agree with havok as to why they wouldn't do it).

Great Saiyaman, I meant that they wouldnt need to deviate greatly from the leg and torso sculpts they already have. It would definitely need bulk but it shouldn't be any longer of an arm or leg, since he doesnt technically grow taller/longer, just sculpting mass on top of everything they already have hypothetically
I dont think its very likely theyll do super vegeta, i just think it would be a win for everyone.

I really don't see the point of an Arlian Vegeta, without Nappa.

I really don't see the point of an Arlian Vegeta, without Nappa. Same. But we know how they love repaints. I hope there will be some confirmation soon regarding the retooling they talked about.

If the sdcc is arlia Vegeta I am going to be thoroughly pissed. There is no reason for it other than laziness and lack of creativity. I can see how it would be easily marketed for sdcc as an exclusive collectors color way, but we just got saiyan saga Vegeta. Im over saiyan saga Vegeta. They've only done sdcc's of the oldest and most OG characters, characters that have NEEDED it. If they give us a character every collector has picked up two of in the last year, why would we want or need another one, especially with such a niche display option, and like sk said, with no Nappa. I'm just passionate about it not being Arlia Vegeta lol.

If I recall correctly the Tamashii rep expressed their want to move away from the 'simple' SDCC repaints of yesteryear, possibly even to make way for entirely new figures? If they had not come straight out and said this, I too would have immediately presumed an Arlian Vegeta was on the cards. What I don't like is the fact they've already planted the seed of doubt, regarding Arlian Vegeta, by promising that this will be a must have Vegeta figure, regardless of whether you already own both previously released versions. Now, I personally wouldn't describe Arlian Vegeta as being a must have figure. Super Vegeta, yes. Maijin Vegeta, yes. Arlian Vegeta, hardly. So I too will share your disapproval if it happens to amount to a SDCC Alian Vegeta for 2014.

I'd be really disappointed if Arlia Vegeta came out. I'm down for every Vegeta except that one. I have no interest to spend so much on a mistake. I would love a Super Vegeta. I don't know if they'd want to make Majin Vegeta an exclusive, because a lot of people will be upset. I would buy 3 if he was retail price, being that the Majin Vegeta stuff is the peak of Dragon Ball for me. It's a shame the Boo arc was a mess, but I love the Gohan and Vegeta stuff! Not at SDCC prices though!
