I actually don't mind the different shades as it gives a bit of variety to my display, even though there are quite a few of the same moulds throughout.
Plus it isn't like the anime had it right all the time either.

About Gohan I actually don't care at all for the same mold - it's not like they're gonna resculpt something that need to look exactly alike. and I don't care that they gave us this version of adult Gohan, since it's his most popular form, other than Great Saiyaman, which I'd like to see in the future too.
About the variety of colors, that's actually annoys me a lot, and to add to that, I hate that one release is anime version.
Couldn't they decide? if you pick manga - make all of them manga versions, if you pick anime - make all of them anime version!

Im officially skipping on the gohan figure. It just feels cheap. Maybe another day down the road, but atm there is too many figures I have to buy and gohan just seems like a waste. Wouldn't recommend that dude. These are Figuarts we're talking about here. Always better to get it and regret it and sell it, then not get it, pay more than double and regret it. Well have you looked at android 16 yet? On amazon, its still on for its usual price. which is around 60 bones (a price that can lick my solid ass, and I still haven't bought it months after it's release). I see the same thing happening to gohan, it's not web exclusive though is it? If thats the case, then you may be right... Although I wonder if android 16 is web exclusive too, and he's still for retail. |

It's possible that they could release purple gi Gohan as next year's SDCC EX, only minor retooling would be required (similar to Namek Goku)

I bought gohan today and i found out that its possible to change the faces of gohan with goku's. And if u put gohan's face on goku's head, it looks almost the same as bardock

I did not know that face was that bad, maybe because it's on goku's hair and the forehead just looks way too big, but the angle of the left eye is just way off.

I mean it shouldn't be a problem not getting him for a few months but after a while (maybe a year) he should start going up like every other figure did. I just wouldn't sleep on any figure in this line going off of past experience. |
