I just can't even!
SO MANY RELEASES! As someone who came into the line within the last few months, and tried to grab as much as I could for the figures sub $200, it's so hard to keep up now still! That's 3 new figures to pre-order as soon as I can, already I thought I was set for the rest of the year with Golden Freiza, and SSGSS Goku!

Ill get all these figures, but maybe its just my eyes or does Vegeta's skin and Trunk's hair look cheap? Depends on if you consider lack of shading cheap. I think the recolor's still look great but not as good as the originals. Especially that first pic of Trunks, there's something off about it to me when comparing to the original. I think it is mainly the hair though, the hair doesnt have the shading, and the yellow seems to be very saturated, almost nearing orange which contrasts strangely with the rest of the figure. If they were going to abandon the shading, I think going with a lighter shade of yellow would have been a better option. Still I'll be picking up one of each of these for sure. |

Ok.. I may or may not skip SDCC this year because that new goku figure blows that crappy Mexiku out of the water for me. it also blows the holy living crap out of ultimate gohan for me too. So far, these are the figures I am buying this year: SSGSS goku, (maybe x2) Golden frieza x2 Trunks x3 (or 2) Vegeta x3 New goku x2 I think the new goku figure is gunna cost more, but I don't care, I am happy if it does. The quality and new mold looks sick. I hope tamashii makes some strong profits with the goku figure. Trunks and Vegeta are gunna sell quickly obviously, and SSGSS goku and golden frieza will proabably sell out after a month or two. Good god, it's looking good for tamashii. They are gunna swim in money after all these figures are released  |

I'm going to buy one of everything that's coming out, except for maybe the SDCC exclusive. I'll have to wait to see the prices on him. I also need to get the new reissue of Manga Goku, since mine doesn't have any legs anymore |

You'd think since we're getting sdcc namek goku that the battle damaged gokus boots would be similar..
As for vegeta, I think they just went for it. His hair is all one color. I'd've assumed advanced repaint would mean better, but they went the other way with that one.
I understand they're prototypes. But what a way to show em you know.

Getting two of everything, though the extras are for a friend, he relies on me having my finger on the pulse with the announcements and such, should start charging him a bit extra. haha.
The SDCC is a tricky one, i'm not that impressed with the figure to be honest, the belt still bugs the hell out of me. But I do want that version of Goku for my display and i'm too lazy to customize, so I will likely grab the SDCC too.
They well and truly have me by the balls. And i'm pretty sure they know.
EDIT: And the effects pieces... Oh so many effects pieces. Yellow auras, blue auras, lightning effects.... Damn you tamashii, damn you all to hell!!!

 This Shenron looks awesome. I know the size is way off, but this would be great to have. I think it's been two years since the protoype was revealed. Since they're showing it again, I wonder if it's a go. Still no Nappa though... |

While the Shenron does say For Display Only, I think they're bringing him out to see how people respond to it. I have no doubt people would buy it even if it costs a decent amount (which it obviously will). It's freaking Shenron, the Eternal Dragon. I have no doubt we'll see him officially announced probably later this year or maybe even as early as SDCC.
Vegeta looks okay. Love that we now have Android Saga and Cell Saga Vegeta. The paint job looks duller overall from head to toe AND without the shading. They could've at the very least included crossed arms and detailed the boots, even a little would've gone a long way. So much for Advanced...
Trunks looks practically the same. His body seems painted better with more saturated colors, yet the hair has removed shading, which sucks. Probably haven't seen official pics yet because he might still need some work done. Wonder how the regular form will look. Painted pupils please!?
Goku. Perfect aside from the boots. Could still be corrected though. Otherwise, VERY impressive sculpt and so far the best figure Tamashii's come out with. Hope the hair has shading but I'm not holding my breath.
