So some guy on Instagram for a few minutes posted a picture of what looks like the awakening super Saiyan goku and the "repaints" of trunks and vegeta that look to be prototypes at the moment. Luckily I screen shotted the photo...just need to find out how to send pictures since I'm new to this forum. You can use Photobucket.com to upload your own photos with an account. Once you upload them, use the link of the photos and post that in the IMG tab here and you can get images to show. postimage.org also allow you to upload photos without an account. Just remember to save the links. |

Says "no photographs" in the photo as well so I assume he had to take this picture down for good reason.

That's an old picture. Those aren't figuarts, those are the older model kits. I believe they were 1/8 scale. Here's the full display of the MG model kits. They ended up cancelling the Vegeta and Trunks.  |

Yup, they were 1/8 MG Bandai Figurerise prototypes that never got produced. Only ones to be made were Namek SSJ Goku, Base Goku, and Kaioken Goku.

Thankfully those are not the figures. The Vegeta hair looks awful.

Just as I figured, looks like the old Figuarts Trunks beats this one. I'll still buy one for sure though.

Advance Color Trunks leak? Thank goodness the hair isn't metallic like some people were speculating. The recoloring really isn't too crazy, either. The jacket is certainly more blue. Any of the prince of all saiyans?! I can't wait to see him! |

SUPER ADVANCED! TOO MUCH ADVANCEMENT!  but seriously, it's basically more saturated and the highlights were removed from the hair. I might get two to replace my Trunks' body. I like the shading on the originals but the paint job seems better on this one's body. Might be a pass, but we'll see with the finished product. Happy for everyone that always wanted a Trunks though! Let's see Vegeta too! As for Shenron, hell yes. Gonna go great with my Porunga! Hope he comes with Dragon Balls! I see Nappa making a new and improved appearance as well  |
