There was some debate on the sideshow figuarts thread on whether to get Saiyan or Cell saga regular Goku. I for one feel I've got much more use for and would prefer a saiyan saga Goku. I honestly don't necessarily need this regular Goku. I want his saiyan/namek saga version to pair up with Vegeta, Frieza and possible new releases from that era... Also, at least it be a bit more of a new figuere then this repaint with a new head...
I was heavily in the minority though. Seems different here...

Well both deserve to come out. There's more cell saga stuff out and to come out, whereas we want a Saiyan saga Goku to fit perfectly with scouter vegeta. I don't think is that hard to include another belt and the symbols.

I'm not sure whether this mold works with a thinner belt, and I'd also miss the symbols. Honestly, I think they could just add an entire second torso. What else does he need? 3-4 faces, 3-4 hand sets and a kamehameha effect.
We've had figures who got more. Financially it'd be smart for them too because many would probably buy two, and more people in general would buy him I think. I honestly feel this is a reasonable option.

I'd say for me it's about a 25% chance for me, which could go up if he's genuinely cheap. It basically comes down to that I only want him if we get Tien & Yamcha too.
Also: 95% sure I'll never buy this Frieza release. Will most definitely buy the Androids. Completely don't know yet about regular Goku.
Won't buy Nappa, no idea about Shenron.

Yeah was never a big fan of gohan or cell. Neither the androids. I liked piccolo but he's really expensive. I got goku and both vegetas because they were a must for me. Nappa not really sold on him. I am definitely getting regular goku. Maybe frieza but I kinda want krillin. Never had a figure of him before.
