With a retail price of $42.30, I predict this bad boy to go up to 65ish when it first hits the bay if Im lucky.

It would be better if it had some kind of spirit bomb effect piece, sort of like this...

It's not that uncommon for companies to have a single exclusive for multiple conventions. Mattel does it with their traveling con exclusivesm and Hasbro has done it before in the past. With how cheap Figuarts are with their exclusives, I can totally see them having this just be this year's exclusive for everyone.
Or else, they'll just change the symbol on the gi to justify the US version.

I really hope that this is not the SDCC exclusive as this would be a bummer IMO, but I don't have a lot of experience in SDCC reveals. Is it common for SDCC to have exclusives from other conventions also be their exclusive? I always thought SDCC was big enough that those things didn't really happen due to the attention the SDCC brings? Also, does anyone know if the mexico convention happens at the same time as the SDCC one? I would think they would wait to release any multi con exclusives until all the conventions were ready to release info about that item right? Coot

I hope this is taking place in the capital of Mexico like the past years. If that's the case I'll be getting one for sure .

If he doesn't have a little bag of senzu beans, it's not worth it. J/k

This a very limited figure in which you have to get a lottery ticket in order to just buy one at the convention. Get ready too pay $300-$400 for this guy.

I'm willing to pay up to 150$ for this guy. I REALLY WANT HIM. I think it'd be cool if the King Kai/Turtle Hermit kanji will be the SDCC exclusive, a lot of you might not like it, but I'd love this to happen.

The corrected gi is nice, but I hope they don't cheap out and make this the SDCC repaint.
