I am officially hyped for Mystic Gohan! I don't see why they don't just chuck in at least one super saiyan head.

All a "re-release" of an SSJ Vegeta would need to get around the policy would be simply giving him new boot tips. Trunks would be harder. I can only think of him getting a SDCC repaint into his blue jacket from the History of Trunks special. I think the next two releases of vegeta is a buu/majin saga vegeta. I'm hoping Tamshii makes a RoF Vegeta. But I really feel like they won't. That is the only way I see us getting a super saiyan vegeta. They will make Vegeta it's just a matter of time.. I'm guessing we'll see ROF Vegeta at SDCC for sure.... Hopefully and December Release or so.

Vegeta at SDCC is a possibility. Good call. A repaint of the Super Saiyan Vegeta. Makes sense.

Piccolo, and Goku last summer, Gohan (and Goku again) this summer. Hopefully SSVegeta is next summer. Just my theory!

Actually I think in the original releases. Piccolo came first.. And Goku wasn't an sdcc last summer it was Scouter Vegeta in original anime colors.
SDCC '11: SSJ Goku SDCC '12: Teen Gohan SDCC '13: Piccolo SDCC '14: Original colors Scouter Vegeta

These SDCC figures are available only in that event or they have it in other stores too? Mainly at the event. Some online stores (Bluefin and BBTS) have some for sell but they're slightly marked up from the SDCC price. Still better than paying EBay prices.

Usually you can get em for around the same price as Bluefin (premium) included from eBay as long as you don't wait too long. I buy some on eBay a day or two after the event for around $65-70 which is the same price Bluefin charges. It's only a few weeks after when the price starts getting ridiculous.

Random thought...why can't they do any normal releases for DBZ? Plenty of other lines have a good variety of standard releases and web exclusives, but not DBZ, can't have that now can we. All we get are constant re-releases of those same old manga figures...
What exactly is going on over at Tamashii headquarters regarding DBZ? We really need an inside man.

For the good of the DBZ Figuarts line.

The reason DBZ is a web exclusive line is because it's Japan's least popular tamshii line. It's an American run series. So because it's not big in Japan they are made to order there and not released to the masses. Hence why they are web exclusive.
