S.H.Figuarts Upcoming Releases

I see it this way, especially as someone who hasn't collected one of these yet. They're making Krillin for goodness sakes....what made them choose Krillin? If he's getting a figure, I'm pretty confident that Yamcha and Tien will too down the road. Just a matter of when.

Lastly, I think a Fat Buu Figuarts would be really neat!

Yeaaah I've been mentioning the kai thing on sideshow for a while as well now. It's actually the only reason why thusfar I was always saying just finish the android characters and when Kai comes out, Buu releases kick in. But because we're constantly discussing the 'what do you want now' thing, it's just a freight train passing by how most people just want the icons from the Buu period. And because I can understand that, and because we now know the line's doing well. I'm like fine, have 'm already.

But yeah what Adrenaline said, if they do Krillin, and they feel good on marketing Krillin, I also don't see why we wouldn't see the Android Z fighter team get completed down the road.

My proposal before Pwn gave his updates was the following: 2014: (Goku) - 18 - 17 - Nappa - Saiyan Armoured Trunks and/or Android 16. 2015 with Buu, Vegeta, Gohan and Goten/Trunks (and more or whatever).

I know that doesn't have much actual minor characters, but... I just don't see room for them yet and I don't think they'll hold off on Buu characters for more than a year tops. Unfortunately it seems we can definitely scrape Nappa from that list for now.

I think Super Buu is more iconic personally. It's been years since I have seen the Buu Saga, but I remember he was in dozens of episodes while Kid Buu was in between 1 and 10 episodes.

Completely agree with you Bane and I'll have you I think super buu shouldve been his final form. But he wasnt. Super Buu is the only Buu id consider buying, but the majority of buu fans themselves seem ver clearly outspoken pro kid buu. A good deal of 'm probably cause its his final form.

I mean in the sideshow poll now kid buu is at 11 and super buu at like 1... Like, dafaq? Suprised me tbh. 

Kid Buu has always been my guess for a Buu release just because of having Frieza and Cell in their final forms.

Korin being so high up on the list is a surprise to me, and Yajirobe even being on the list is a surprise, but I'm happy about the other results... EXCEPT Goten! Maybe Goten isn't as annoying in the Japanese dub though or maybe I've just seen him being a brat in the movie with Broly, Kid Trunks, and Videl too many times I'm kind of surprised Android 18 is so much higher than Bulma. I expected Bulma to be above 18.

I don't think I even included Mr. Satan/Hercule in the DBF polls. I don't remember anybody ever mentioning him either? Him being more popular than Yamcha or Tien in the US? I dunno...

I'm guessing the poll in Dragonball Forever didn't include movie characters or fusion characters, because Gogeta, Gotenks, and Broly are missing and they are surely more liked than Yajirobe and it's hard to imagine Broly not making the list at all.

No Nappa or Raditz either... or Ginyu Force members...

With Krillin being released, I'm less worried about us only getting these characters:


But I'm still concerned since they seem to be dragging their feet on the awesomeness of Nappa.

Anyway, just thought I'd share those poll results. I wish I knew how many people were surveyed though, as that makes a big difference.

Aww. I like Goten. He really got the shaft in the Battle of Gods movie. I'm looking forward to seeing him in the Japanese version of the Buu Saga. I really liked him in the english dub though. The voice had to grow on me though. Pan in GT went from a intolerable sassy punk in the English Dub to a likeable character. The way she acted in the Japanese, made sense for the kind of family she had.

I like Nappa, but I like all those characters more than him. I love Korin! The only reason why I don't put him on a top list, is because I focusing on Z. Mr. Satan played a huge role in the Buu Saga, which I really had fun with.

I have the same order of the top 5 though. I actually thought King Piccolo was the best villain. He had that whole anarchy by dictatorship thing! And then making the people live in EVEN MORE fear with the lottery was awesome!
