I only ever really wanted Recoome because he’s my favorite member, and having him kick the living sh!t out of Vegeta is still one of my top favorite beat-downs in anime history. But like I said with Napster, he’s only wearing his armor for like 5% of the fight so I would buy a battle damaged version in a heartbeat. Who knows if that’ll ever be made though. I’m still on the fence about getting Cui. All we know about him is that he & Vegeta were acquaintances at one point. Transformed Zarbon should’ve gotten made before him, but what do I know. I’m just rambling at this point lol

Well that's it! I've locked down a King Cold seller!
I just need 100 more in eBay funds and I can lock the transaction and be done with this hobby. <3 It's been an awesome ride getting characters I like(d). But to me, KING COLD... It doesn't get better than this <3 I doubt Tamashii will ever make a figure to make me come back after this one! I intend to stick around on this forum, but I might just close my eBay account after I get all my orders. To remove the temptation haha

Yeah 2nd form Frieza was 190mm and King cold is said to be 220mm according to tamashi nations

I saw this pic of Frieza form 4 and Frieza form 2 by a guy named Allan Sagahon on Facebook, so I decided to try to scale the photo of Cyborg Frieza and King Cold next to it... based on final form Frieza being 120mm tall and Cyborg Frieza being said to be the same height. The proportions between 4th form and Cyborg are very different... and weird. Guess we'll have to wait and see if Tamashii is accurately measuring their old and new figures, because King Cold is looking massive.  You vs the guy she tells you not to worry about |

A slightly smaller head and longer legs would've fixed the proportion issue with Mecha Frieza, I don't know what they were thinking and why they keep going for the bobble head look. He's grown on me though. King Cold on the other hand looks perfect and I love what a beefcake he is. The dude's ripped.

] duuude, the ginyu force is what made me start getting Pbandai exclusives asap. The damn ginyus almost cost me about a grand as well. i got em though. lesson learned.
I think this king cold will go up in price eventually. hell the jakks king cold cost about 150 easily, can you imagine a SHF king cold?
I am extremely confident that the production numbers of King Cold will be much, much lower than the average SHF figure, and lower than Zarbon, Dodoria, Cui, Ginyu Force, and everybody else made so far that's optional to the "super saiyan loving crew" who only collect main bosses and saiyans. He'll definitely end up being a $500 figure in 5 years. There's no way he won't be. Meta Cooler is, in my opinion, going to be one of the most expensive SHF too. |

I noticed that they're charging out the @$$ for King Cold on BigBadToyStore - 199.99 preorder + 20$ non-refundable down payment... Have mercy! What are they smoking over there? It really pays to search around for Figuarts I guess. (semi-related - I'm waiting on Broly coming in the mail now, I managed to snag him for retail from techinn and I'm thrilled with that.)

Mecha Frieza and King Cold display in Tamashii store, hard to say who is to small or too big without comparison to other figures, but looks awesome

Ugh. Right now I am NOT a happy camper.
So I originally got my 2 Colds from an Italian seller. He cancelled the order because he doesn't ship to Canada, and I got the refund. Problem is! Now, I gotta wait f-ing 24 HOURS before I can even ATTEMPT to buy these 2 other ones with hope I won't get an error. I am NOT pleased. This couldn't happen for another character?? It just HAD to be Cold??
I swear, if the items are gone by the time I can pay, heads will ROLL, I promise you that.

What’s sad with the BBTS price for King Cold is it isn’t a *bad* markup
I don’t think stores get discounts from P-Bandai, and with the $10 shipping and the tax King Cold is like $165 at least each
They’re only making like $35 on each one. It makes no sense to buy him from them now unless people have literally no other options somehow but, it’s probably going to be very reasonable by the time he actually releases scarily
He’s absolutely going to be really expensive in the long term
I really do wonder what the “reserve” numbers for these figures are, it definitely does seem like they need to meet a certain number before P-Bandai makes an end date for them, Full Power Freeza still doesn’t have one, idk if that’s a bad sign or not

King Cold might be the best looking Frieza family related S.H. Figuarts we've gotten since final form Cooler. Also I'm probably going to have to purge my Frieza's to make room for his Dad. It was fun collecting Frieza's while it lasted but King Cold's way more important to me. I'll probably at least keep the second form since I have a lot of nostalgia for that form and I'm obviously going to keep the Mecha one when I get it to display with King Cold but that's probably going to be it for me.

To me he's the MOST important, as you all know. I'm hard pressed, if it's even possible, to find a BETTER figure to make me want to continue with the line. I was gonna stick out for Kid Gohan, and eventually Monster Zarbon and Perfect Cell, but I don't need them THAT bad.  |

i think its how you pose him as well. im gonna get a riser to elevate him higher to make him look bigger. i love this figure so much i bought 3. im gonna pose one with mecha frieza, and im gonna pose one the cold family with frieza and cooler
