King Vegeta at least got to use a few of his moves on Frieza, some of his men and one of his own soldiers. King Cold got nothing but a cheap sword strike  He did kill one of his minions by making one of the windows to the ship shatter so they would get sucked out into space but that seems to be about it. Ever since I was a kid it bothered me how wasted he was. I remember when Dragon Ball Z Kakarot came out I was hoping for a King Cold boss fight in that game but nope we couldn't even get that. |

It’s also interesting to learn that Tamashii still hasn’t met the reservations for Full Power Freezer -I’ve Had Enough of This!- version. Perhaps they should re-evaluate their Premium Bandai standards which that leaker is strongly hinting at. King Cold is going to be mad expensive.

Chiking Fajita is another I expect to be on the bottom of Tamashii’s priority list, so I can make a custom of him with no worries for the next few years 😅

It doesn’t surprise me that Full Power Freeza hasn’t met a reserve/is still up honestly, he’s a very expensive figure of a character who’s gotten a ton of figures the past couple years. I was surprised he went up like barely 6 months after Mecha Freeza
I think big, expensive figures are always going to be a harder sell. Something like Cui was a niche figure but they paired him smartly and he was relatively cheap making him an easier impulse buy which probably drove up preorders, even if the difference between him and full power is only like $30 after shipping on P-Bandai (I’m pretty sure I forget lol)
I kinda wouldn’t be surprised if they start moving to some of the bigger name Buu saga stuff (like Goten and Trunks) sooner rather than later after the inevitable new Perfect Cell (and probably a second form just to finish the set), getting niche characters and every single villain form is really cool but it was always going to hit a point of diminishing returns. As frustrating as it can be there’s a reason we get so many Gokus and Vegetas, the cheap budget figures especially do ultimately sell well
I kinda wonder if the reason we haven’t gotten much Super stuff the past couple years (besides Super Hero), is because they weren’t selling well, the ToP androids, Hit, and Kefla are all still really cheap on the after market
Rambling but, I like trying to think about this line from the corporate side of things

Awesome looking ki aura effects, but I’ll probably skip buying it. I’ve stressed this enough so yous guys already know, I don’t have a lot of space on my display to fit all of that 😅

aquamarina I agree, they def should produce Semi-perfect Cell before the final version. He has 3 distinct transformations so it would be weird & inconsistent if they skipped the 2nd. The giant bloated version where he’s about to explode, however, I can go without 😅

I can't believe it. I spent all this time since July 30, 2023 anticipating this and complaining. Now, I've got chills going down my spine. This is REAL. The 22nd, preorders finally go up. I'm quaking I'm so hyped! Tomorrow can't come and go soon enough! Cell would be awesome too, honestly. crisis : Now I'm also picturing a potential Buff Perfect Cell figure, like when he gets PISSED when Gohan is kicking his butt. |

A buff Perfect Cell is possible, like 100% full power with electricity effects & such. In other non-related news, my BringArts Cloud Strife finally arrived today! 🤩 Been waiting on this for months (technically years, I’ve been wanting FF7 figures in the 6” scale for a very long time) here it is next to my 1000toys Dante:  |
