Are those Custom Arts kits officially licensed products? Yeah, Custom Arts bought several licenses until 2009. DragonBall, M.A.S.K., Les Mystérieuses Cités d’or, City Hunter... They have done some really good stuff. Really liked the Grand Condor and the City Hunter protos. It's indeed sad that they shut shop.

guys, what is this and where can i get it: The line is called WCF, which IMO are one of the greatest line of small (~2") figures. That particular one is just the Dragonballs. You should look the line up, along with DWC. |

i've tried, but have had no luck on ebay nor amazon. the best i could find was that 033 dragonballs and the others ones from vol.4 for like $200  |

They're from game machines in Japan, they're decently rare. I'm not positive, but that one could very well be pretty expensive, idk. lexiyrock should know everything about it. |
