I really like it as well. I wonder how he'll sell? How popular is Android 17 as a character overall? I know for me, he isn't a must have character, but that's just me. When I think of DBZ villains, I always think of the colorful ones first. Frieza, Cell, Zarbon, Ginyu, Buu, Bojack, Janemba, Super Android 13, etc. Dude... if they made Super Android 13, I'd buy that for sure!  WOW! That would be awesome! And... now I'm off topic... |

Really? People aren't collecting them because the regular ones are getting reissues?  I think reissues are an awesome idea. I want everyone to get a chance of buying them all just like I did. I'm excited about 17's release. Can't wait to pose him fighting with Piccolo. I hope they sell well so we might have a chance on getting Android 16 in the next years. |

I tought to buy 17,18 and krillin.. but honestly they seem too big for me...
In particular I don't like how long arms and legs are on that 17... while 18 is proportioned better...

I missed some of the releases like Vegeta and I'm not going to pay over $150 for it, lol. But those who bought the figures and are seeing them go for so much cash or those who paid that much for the sold out ones, definitively reconsidered buying some of these figures (based on what I've heard) because the value and resale potential is in jeopardy. It kinda like some of the One Piece Portrait of Pirates and how their value is shieto now because of Megahouse re-releases all the time! While you were able to sell a Garp for $150 before, now because of re-issues, your Garp won't sell for moe than $90, hahah. Re-issues are indeed a great idea! But as a collection value, it lowers the overall value of the figure as there will be plenty of said figure to meet demand. |

thats why you DONT buy from scalpers, just wait for a rerelease. i hate when people complain about rereleases because the value goes down, i welcome rereleases and wish that every figure that sells for 40% more than its MSRP would get rereleased

They have only re issued the manga versions... none of the web exclusives will be re issued as of now. NEither will the sdcc ones. |
