Its true though. I would argue that the cast is japanese-washed(is that a thing??). Most characters are white except for mikasa really so why are they all being played by japnese people. Probably a thing of language tbh now that i think of it. It's no different than what they would do with an "Attack on Titan" if Hollywood would make it...the cast would predominately be white. So this isn't really any surprise even by Japanese standards. Plus, how would they "sell" a movie made by a Japanese studio, based off a Japanese manga/anime and starring a pre-dominately WHITE cast...would it be more accurate? Yes. But it wouldn't look "right" to the Japanese audience and that's how they want to market it. It's going to be Asian-washed... Same goes with Hollywood. If they made that here with an Asian cast, America would be a little surprised and the casual audience would blow it off as an Asian movie. The difference is being familiar with the source material. Hollywood's AKIRA got hate because the source material takes place in Japan, with Japanese characters as the dominate cast. While the artwork DOES look awesome (for those who saw the concept leaks)..ultimately the source material was being altered to fit a Western audience. Attack on Titan's cast is international with MOST of the characters coming from White European backgrounds. The main character's look and name are of Germanic origin. It's interesting to see that even something with Japanese origins isn't even truly being respected by Japanese movie studios with the correct source material.

I don't have an issue with casting to represent your demographic (most of the time). I, and I believe supersaiyantree, were just pointing out that it's interesting. People need to stop exclusively blaming Hollywood for changing the races (or perceived races) of characters and worry more about how faithfully the personalities and plots will be.
Anyway, I'll be watching any AoT movies any country wants to make lol

I'll admit, it took a few episodes to really "grip" me but once it did...WHOA. Give it a few more episodes. You can't judge an entire show off of just one episode.

I watched an episode once. It was crap... Dude... You can say "I don't like", but not say it's crap... Nope. It was by far the worst anime I've ever watched. The entire premise of the show was stupid and character design sucked. Why can that utterly useless kid turn into a dickless giant? That's like the worst super power imaginable...

Impressive, that's awesome! Thank you. Do you think that Koto Eren fits in size with the Sentinel figures?? Are you getting others like Titan Rogue or Erwin from Sentinel?? Which Mikasa you're going for GSC or Koto? Season 2 can't come soon enough man. I couldn't wait more than a year and continued reading the story. I'm in the 12 volume right now.

So far it seems the Kotos are no good with the Sentinel figures. Koto Eren looks massive compared to Sentinel Eren. From pictures I've seen it's the same for Levi and Mikasa. They're more along the 1/7 scale than 1/8. That Eren is the biggest out of all my 1/8 figures. It's a shame since they have the most dynamic poses of any statues and have impressive detail. I'm waiting to see how the GSC ones turn out scale wise cuz I REALLY want a Mikasa but the Koto is too big for my taste.
I wanna get the Rogue Titan so I can display it with the Figmas. It seems to be larger than the humans in the line so it'll probably look really good with the Figmas. They still need to come out with a decent priced Colossal Titan and a good Female Titan. I'll be happy with those three as my only Titans. Really excited for the new Sentinels, FINALLY getting more characters besides the main guys

Thanks for your feedback. I agree. In my case I was planning on getting Koto Levi along with GSC Mikasa (which I have preordered) and GSC Eren that's why I'm wondering if they would fit well enough in size. I'm not liking GSC Levi too much so I will just wait how GSC scales turn out. If you don't mind spending huge money you could get the GSC Colossal Titan or UMCF version and they are very big... I'm wishing Sentinel makes their version too. I would prefer the Armored Titan more than Female Titan, but I would get any of them if the price is right (not more than 200$). Sentinel Rogue Titan is a must buy for me, the scale is pretty good (I think it will fit pretty good with GSC and Sentinel) in about 30cm +/- He will fit extremely good with your Figma figures though. Can't wait to see more figures being announced.

colossal titan would be HUGE. Might as well just buy a skinless onzie and pose with your figures haha. Sentinel figures are the best way to get the AoT characters imo. They look amazing and get pretty affordable after a while. I got eren for $35 and Levi for $26.
