I'm seriously considering reading the manga. The wait for the second season is killing me. The manga is really good... And the story has progressed quite a bit from where the anime leaves off. |

That is pretty much what a model kit can be. Another example of that description are Gundam kits. |

It's just an easy assembly figure. You were implying that it's an issue with it, like it will require paint and glue, like with model kits. I don't undetstand why the assembly such a big deal for you. Since all of the characters literally all wear the same uniform, it's pretty possible that more characters may be made. Actually there are changes in the clothing of various characters, from different type of shirts under the military jacket, different accessories they wear, emblems, etc. There is also a difference in characters height, making new body sculpts a requirement. SNK is a huge franchise right now, with an enormous collectible market to follow. I can see a likelihood for the possibility that GSC will be following the SNK figma releases for 2015 as well due to that. Well at least I hope they will.  |

And just because something is labeled as a model kit, it doesn't mean that it will require paint and glue. Again, I point to Gundam kits as an example. |
