You're right about the brutal expression but in my opinion they could've given him a million other better poses. Nappa and Raditz are one of my favorite characters and I was really excited for them but these poses are just meh.

EisCelsius You didn't happen to end up with an extra colored Dodoria hyper you could sell/trade me did you?? No, sorry. The only extras I ended up with was SSJ Vegeta (from the Dodoria set), Frieza 100%, Captain Ginyu and Burter.

Darn, I wish you said an extra Guldo. I technically don't have Ginyu, but I have Ginyu when he was a frog, and I think that's good enough maybe.

I don't think SCultures Nappa gets enough love. I like him because his overall size makes him look in-your-face brutish. I personally like the Nappa and Raditz! The only thing that bothers me is their size. I would have preferred in size from Goku and Bardock of the same series. This also applies to Vegeta and Cell 2nd form. And at Cell I'd rather have the colors from the anime than that of the manga . Oh well, I'll take them anyway

I agree Redstar. And when I was referring to "size" in my original post, I was referring to his bodily proportions.
Even if the poses at face value aren't anything spectacular, I think there's a subtlty in both figures which their unrefined Saiyan savagery is seen; despite being trained fighters.
I really don't think that either of these figures are getting as much love as they deserve.
The only thing I really like about the Vegeta is the overall facial and hair sculpt. Everything else is meh... And I just don't like Cell in general. Definitely would've preferred a different pose.

Yes I would have liked a different pose for Cell and Vegeta, but with the others, I am satisfied. It's almost summer, and I'm curious what will come for figures at the Scultures 6!

Scultures sizes are all over the place. I wish they were more consistent, but they at least usually have dynamic enough sculpts to make up for the size variations.

Am also not happy with the size variations! My first big disappointment was the Fat Buu from Scultures, roughly the same size as the DXF.

Scultures sizes are all over the place. I wish they were more consistent, but they at least usually have dynamic enough sculpts to make up for the size variations. SCultures figures may look like they're all over the place, but in all honesty, they scale with like-figures in the same line. For example, the Kid Goku, Krillin, Yamcha, Roshi, Blue Haired Launch and Bulma scale really well together. The Ox King scales well with Blonde Launch. The Raditz might scale with the Goku (series 2) and Piccolo. Or perhaps Goku (Series 2) will scale really well with the SSj Goku from this release.

I have many of sculptures 1-4 and agree. As I look at my display I can see series one is scaled well together, but I meant in general there is not a uniform consistency. I love the line, it is so creative in pose and style. It does, however, suffer from just too many gokus.

Yes, there are too many Gokus; and even in this summer's release, basically the entire line is Saiyans.
I want some more innocuous characters like Tenshinhan, or perhaps King Piccolo.

There are so many missed opportunities with scultures, but they have made up for it with some of the kuji like the great ape vegeta.
