I just bought this from mandarake. At last a pichi 18! linkAfter more than 18 hours of thorough thinking I have decided not to buy the pichi gal 18. I have come to believe that it'll be better to have her as a figuart. I can't believe that after all this time I won't buy her. It breaks my heart :-( you have no choice, you ordered from Mandarake so if you don't pay the invoice in the 5 day period they will ban you, Mandarake is king of the strict

Yeah king my five day period ends on Friday so I still have time to cancel the order. I don't think they'll ban me even if I notified them right? You're probably more experienced with mandarake than me so what do you think?

You're probably more experienced with mandarake than me so what do you think? there is no "time" with Mandarake, orders are permanent. they have been known to ban buyers for just asking stupid questions. You can try cancelling like you did with Amiami and if it works then either you order from them alot or you are lucky but if not then i warned you. to order from them after being banned you woulnd need a new credit card (or new paypal) and a PO-Box (or new address)

Like carnage, every time I've ever seen those figures they have been out of package. I've only seen them sold on ebay and never in specialty stores that carry Kubricks. Not official Medicom figures. Well, I guess to change the answer to 'what is Kubrick' lets say Product style from Medicom, there this presumably Unofficial assortment available.

They will ban you if you don't pay 3 orders or more. For 1 order they rarely ban you.

I have been told that they do not offer a one time courtesy because they are fed up with people doing it, they have to pack every box by hand before giving you an accurate shipping price (their system kinda sucks)

I have been told that they do not offer a one time courtesy because they are fed up with people doing it, they have to pack every box by hand before giving you an accurate shipping price (their system kinda sucks) As an officially FORMER banned member of Mandarake, LOOOOOL, I can tell you that I canceled about 5 orders before being banned. THEN I created a new acount and purchased stuff and canceled stuff too.. Did this about 5 times! Then came the final super banning; I filed a charge back for some shiet they messed upand I won the case. Then they banned my IP or something hahhahahahahahahahahahaa. All you have to do in order to avoid being banned, well that is after you already got banned, lol... is simply to make a new order but use a different Email address and phone number. Maybe change your name from "Michael" to "Mike"... always works. I recently changed my modem because was slacking and all of the sudden, I'm not blocked on their site anymore. I just have no cash to get anything from them and they don't have what I want.

well thats more exploiting the system than anything else, also how long ago was that?
also, why would you file a chargeback? didnt they communicate with you to give you a refund?

They sold me 5 items but somehow forgot to pack 2. They refused to do anything saying they have bunch of disclaimers all over their website.

I'm not sure if having shtty buying behavior is something to be proud of or bragging about lexi.

I'm not sure if having shtty buying behavior is something to be proud of or bragging about lexi. It ain't really crappy buyer behavior. Sometimes people can't pay for stuff, crap comes up, shipping turns out to be more expensive, etc. For example, I was going to buy some stuff from Mike but the money didn't transfer to my Paypal. I call the bank and they said I didn't have enough for the transfer... turns out Buyee charged me for three auctions I wasn't aware I won. So with Mandarake, sometimes shipping is too high and you just won't shed $80 for shipping...wtf.. so that's one cancelation. Then one of the items is sold out so your order is updated and boom second cancellation cuz you wanted the entire thing. Then you order some figures but your grail appeared, oh well third cancellation. Got banned and then what? Well, make a new account which makes sense. Order stuff, turns out powerbill was too high or the gf demanded to go out.. you know crap happens. Sometimes people need to cancel. Just because I kept coming back doesn't make me a person with crappy buying tendencies. It just makes me a victim of a system that does not have a tolerance for human problems and unpredictability. Get it? LOL

I hear what you say lexiy. Sometimes, we just have to prioritize and are compelled to back out due to unforeseen circumstances. However, Mandarake, on account of being just another business, shouldn't have any concern for our situation from a practical point of view. Therefore, no matter how genuine our problems may be or the sincere intention of getting back into collecting once things are back on track, it'll be interpreted as exploiting the system. Well, at least superficially. I do understand how it feels cuz I've been there myself. I had to cancel about $11k worth of orders last year and sell off whatever stuff I had.
