Nice catch on the scouter Eis! I like those scouters so much more than the SDCC ones, they're much more accurate to the anime. Plus those come with the cool little figures with power levels on them instead of the crappy cards that come with the SDCC ones.

Start a case yo. Sellers try to pull that crap all the time and most people seem to just let it slide, which just lets them get away with it. Blow up their profile with negative feedback

I was able to start a case after leaving feedback last time I got screwed, but yeah opening the case first probably would be a better idea either way just to see if you can get them to ship it to you. But if/when you leave negative feedback, be sure to state that the seller refused to ship your won items because they weren't happy with the end price.
