I do like that Puar, but I already have a really small one. There's one between the size of this one and the one I have that is on ebay I've been considering, but it's with a Pokemon I don't give two craps about.

I'd probably suggest grabbing this one, its a BIN of $15 or starting bid of $6 + $7 Buyee fee and probably around $15-25 shipping, for a 50CM plush thats fairly cheap

$40 would be the MAX price it would come out to total, plus it comes with a Buu head you could sell. besides, its HUGE, 50CM is some big Puar. there are some pretty expensive plush toys out there, i Just sold Conker bad fur day plsh for $60 and a Digimon plush for $100

Vol. 3 was dedicated specifically to Bandai DragonBall gashapon keshi figures from the 90's, with info/photos on a few other rare items in the back of the book.
