you guys know that BBTS is also known as BIg Bad Bull Sh!t right? they overprice EVERYTHING. Amiami is almost always the cheapest place to preorder an import, they even give you a discounted price FOR preordering.
Giga Goku is only $65 roughly before shipping

Haha ok good I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed the huge price difference. I would pay $65, but no way in hell would I ever pay BBTS' bs price.

most I have EVER dropped on a figure is $90 shipped, i am considering breaking this for a RAH Link figure coming in january at $160... but i havent decided. that and this Wakfu statue i been eying around $100-150 before shipping

I usually have a rule of never spending over $100 on a figure unless it is something I really want like my first Hot Toys figure lol

Stands removal  I guess that the previous owner used glue, or they might do that while in factory. saiyen you might know if Hachette stands are removable?  Sorry for the delay, I'm very busy...  I have only the first figures of this Hachette collection. They are removable. |

My next most expensive was Guru and I think I paid about $40. I don't know why everything DBZ related has to be so expensive the last few years. New DBZ stuff a few years ago never started out at such high prices. DWC/WCF figures used to be $8 each and the last BoG set that came out, the figures were at least $15 to $18. A set of 8 for $64 was a lot of money, a set of 8 at over $120 is a rip off. I don't think this big Goku that reminds me of a large Real Works figure is worth $65 or more. The sculpt is too chiseled just like Real Works figures. The arms look bad, as do the clothes. The Master Stars Goku looks so much better to me personally. |

Kaiyodo model/garage kits almost always have a Lupin the Third or Cowboy Bebop style to the sculpt, so they are kind of weird, but I do really like that set.  Can't believe I overlooked these. I have to say for the 80s, they look amazing. I'd really like to have that Goku and King Piccolo. |

Ha I guess I'm the only one who likes that figure... Personally I like this one better than the Master Stars, mainly because I hate the way they did Goku's hair on the MS figure, also he's not as tall. I can't stand the stupid gold hair that is put on a bunch of figures, it looks terrible IMO. But now that I'm looking at the pics of the new one again, the upper body does look a tad small compared to the legs/waist. I guess the main things I like about this new figure is that it's the biggest figure available, and that his hair is yellow not gold.
