Should I be cleaning my controllers or something? I know you grab them and all but I don't think they're that bad. I clean them every once in a while.

I thought this was kind of funny. I was participating in my very first (annoying) Throwback Thursday today (and since I am impatient, I decided to make it Throwback Tuesday) on Facebook. Years ago, before Throwback Thursday was a thing, I decided it would be funny to put a pic of myself next to a pic 5 years older, wearing the same unusual jean shorts. People thought it was funny in 2009, so I purposely saved the shorts and rarely wore them after that point so they'd stay in good shape. So anyway, I wore them a few days ago for a pic. And nearly 9 years later I'm still the same lol. Because of this weirdness, I went through a bunch of pics of me as far back as I could go. Some of you guys have known me since 2001 like FireBobcat, Adrenaline, and loki and it's just kind of funny to see how I haven't aged much since I was 18. I'm 16 in the first pic, and 18 in the 2nd. I'm about 40 pounds heavier than I was when I was 16, but I actually weigh a little less than I did in 2003. Oh, and by the way, I was 15 or 16 when I first joined DBT in 2001.

Holy crap. That's pretty neat. I wonder if I have pics of myself like that, that I could compare. That's dedication right there, sir, and you haven't changed body wise...just in the face.

I didn't wear them very often, so they are still in pretty good shape. That first pic barely looks like me. It was a really dark pic and I had to lighten it a lot. I don't even recognize that as my face in that pic. I never realized I was that damn skinny back then I was 5'11" by the 9th grade and weighed 137 back then, so I must have been even skinnier.

I have a little less hair, which I'm not happy about , but that's funny about the spelling if my screen name lol! My consistency with exercise and natural urge to eat 4 times a day is what keeps me thin I think. It's kind of funny. My arms are probably close to double the size they were when I was 18, but from the front, it doesn't show. Idk how guys get wide arms and shoulders because what I do definitely does not do it. I don't mean to turn this into a workout topic, but if anybody knows what to do, I'm all ears. All I have is developed biceps and triceps.

Arnold Schwarzenegger in Pumping Iron. That movie will help a lot. Use free weights and use full extentions of the arms. Eat before you work out to gain mass. Arm curls would be number one for you. Do 10 sets of how many reps you decide (maybe 10 to make 100). It doesn't have to be a lot of weight, just what you can handle. The key is to do all 10 sets the same day. After 2 months of 10 reps every other day you will notice improvement. You may even up the weight in that time. You want to be all around on working out. I do reps every day but you may prefer every other day. For example one day calfs and arms, the next other areas you can improve. Push ups are the number one workout. If you do curls and end the day with push ups you'll get huge. Maybe I can finally get a workout buddy!
