Still haven't read Dr. Slump, but I really want the Tori-Bot! Is the figure on the left the Master Stars base Goku or a larger Tori-Bot? Also, anybody know how much the Tori-Bot will cost?

The Master Stars Goku is the legs you see in the pic. I'm under the impression that the fountain pen Tori-bot is holding is a real one, so I would say that the figure is about 6 inches tall (if fountain pens are the same length as regular pens, which they probably are).

Super excited for the Tori bot! I'll probably even pick up the dwc set, I've seen most of doctor slump and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm simply overjoyed dwc is making such a huge comeback after nearly a 2 year break, keep them coming BP!

If they are the same price as the battle of gods wcf figures, they will probably be a ridiculous $16+ each. I have already seen people posting preorders for the tori-bot for $40+ on eBay.

I really don't think those WCF figures being worth $16 each. Maybe wait for a bootleg set of these too?

WCFs range from $5-12 from what I've seen in Japan, now if you add in shipping and possible fees $16 sometimes is the price in the end but as a starting price? No. unless you're a non JP seller or an ass then its ok.

I think that the show is a great edition to Toriyama mythopoeia, I personally not a big fan of it, but i'm sure that some people are. there is also a massive merchandise market to along with it.

Hmm. I could make a Dr. Slump/Dragonquest/Other Toriyama section in the same section as the non-db board. I'm sure the collectors of those items might enjoy a home.

Never watched/read Dr. Slump, but I wouldn't having these just for the few the episodes they were in Dragonball. But mostly, I'd like to get ahold of that Tori-bot.
