I'm thinking it must be custom, but I don't know where they got the box.it looks like the bandai America 1997 figures packaging but it is partially in French...

Almost all of the bandai 97 packaging is partially French. It's due to the fact they were also distributed in Canada. I'll have the 97 checklist up and running very shortly.  |

That is exactly what is going on with the packaging. I always forget that they mainly speak french in Canada. Good call Cap.

yeah i was actually about to say that it was like "i have that figure new in box and its just the canadian version"
because we have a stupid law that states french must be included on all packaging
