What are these PGV? The first is a non sense ability game with two balls The Dragonite is a kind of slime that could solidify... so you can replicate the characters with that kind of mold...

Almost all the Preziosi figures from China are either factory seconds or bootlegs unfortunately.

What are factory seconds?

The best I can explain it is they are figures that weren't good enough to be released from the factory. They usually have bad paint work or loose joints. Some I have seen on eBay have the wrong parts used...like 2 left biceps or similar.
If you are interested about Giochi Preziosi figures the go to guy is PGV.

Can he get them for me, or do you mean that he is just knowledgeable about them?

He managed to get me the Giochi Preziosi GT Arena set from an Italian online store. All I had to do was pay extra for him to post it to me. He is really great with that

Cool lot of Ultra Figus figures on ebay, but the seller is asking way too much for them. $158? For these?

I'm guessing they're pretty tiny, like 1-2 inches?

I own Nappa, Roshi, and Bulma. The figures are ~2 inch scale for the most part. Obviously they do not all scale well together--check out how tiny Chi Chi is compared to Goku, Krillin, Bulma. Nappa fits in great with AB 2 inch figures and is 7cm (2.75 inches) tall--I just measured him. Bulma and Roshi do not fit in with 2 inch AB figures at all. In fact, they are too big for even 3" HG scale. If I put Bulma next to HG Lunch, Lunch's elbow is at Bulma's throat, but Bulma's head is much larger. Bulma is 7 cm and HG Lunch is 8 cm. Bulma and Roshi are similar in size to some of the Bandai America 1996 Dragon Ball 2.5 inch figures. The Goku and Krillin there look like they have heads as big as Real Works figures. From this group pic, I can tell that I wish I had Dodoria, Raditz, and the Saibamen in my AB 2 inch collection. I can tell they would scale really well with the average AB 2 inch figure. Some AB 2 inch figures, particularly the small characters like Garlic Jr., Uub, etc. fit in with HG figures pretty well. Based on this group pic, the Ultra Figus young Piccolo, Chi Chi, Frieza form 1, Krillin, Goku (if you want him to be quite small like he was when first shown as a near-adult), and Baba would fit in great with HG. Chaozu, Puar, Oolong, Upa, Pilaf all look a bit too large for HG scale... just a little bit. You can see Nappa and Bulma in these pics.

They're still on eBay probably if you're willing to pay the price.

I like those little figurines, especially the Frieza. I certainly don't $158 like them, though.

I asked this seller of those figures 3 days ago to sell me only the kid Goku. He said he would if he had other people wanting to buy others single as well.
