Oh these look pretty neat, the 4-in ultimate figure collection is what really got me into collecting DBZ, so it's nice to have another line in that scale. I kind of wish they at least were five POA like the limit breakers. I wonder where they'll retail.
Edit: I was curious so I ended up watching the live stream they were shown off in, and I guess they do have at least three points of articulation, the head and then the arms. A bit better than static.

That’s pretty cool. That’s SBC level of articulation. I quite like that. If they made the packaging as appealing as SBC, this could be a good set.

It'd be even better if it fit in exactly with SBC in size, if the arm and head articulation is true. A modern SBC could be cool, but at 4 inches... not really all that cool, since they'd be smaller than classic Super Battle Collection DBZ figures. I skimmed the live stream, which is how I created these images, but I did not see a segment showing articulation. Any idea what time area in the stream that showed up? I'd like to see it. If I Photoshop Vegeta to being on the same level as Goku in the pic, it's nice to see that he's shorter. Perhaps this line will scale, instead of being disappointing by having small characters much larger than they should be. Still... even if this line does scale, I don't have much interest in collecting 4 inch scale figures. I do honestly have a lot more interest in them than 6 or 6.5 inch scale figures (since I only buy Dragon Stars characters who are big characters who should be big), but 5 inch scale would be so much better. It'll be interesting to see how this line goes. Perhaps Bandai thinks 4 inch scale is a good idea because some other toy lines (not sure which) are in that size. I know that most/all Amiibo figures are less than 4 inches tall, so perhaps that is the market Bandai is trying to appeal to, especially since Dragonball products get displayed near the video game stuff in both Walmart and Target these days instead of with the other action figures.

Sadly they never actually showed off the articulation but it was mentioned that they would move at the jead and shoulders in the subtitles, I know I was hoping they were actually going to move it around but I think it might have just been a solid prototype

Now we just need a release date so I can get myself that Broly and add him to the Super Broly collection I've got going on.

I wish they were a scaled line, but at 4 inches, they're smaller than what I'd buy. I do want to potentially get Frieza just to find out how he looks next to SBC Frieza 100%.
Not sure what the release date is, but they will surely be found in stores within a month or so, since we've seen packaged pics.

I saw this photo (which I've cropped and enlarged) of the DragonBall Flash figures on display at NYCC. This is the first time I've seen SSR Goku Black, SSB Goku, and SSB Vegeta. These might have been a new reveal. I know for a fact that the figures on the top row have been found for sale in Mexico, but I haven't heard of them being found in the US yet. Has anyone seen them? If so... what store? They were supposed to release at the end of September 2022. I can't say I am very interested in these, since despite the fact they are articulated like SBC figures, they are only 4 inches tall supposedly. I saw a photo that included the Broly a week or so ago, but I didn't save the pic, and now I can't find it on Facebook. Edit: I can't find the pic I remember seeing, but I did see this pic by Juan Diaz that includes DB Flash Vegeta. Based on what I remember (and have seen here), I think the Broly was closer to HG scale Broly than Real Works scale.

These feel kinda retro, which appeals to my Dragon Ball tastes. The personalized stands are also a nice touch. Could be a fun budget line to collect, if they're available here.

I found this picture on the web...
I think this DBS Broly Flash works perfect with HG Bandai scale

I didn't expect them to be so small. I'm really curious to see one of these next to a very well known Irwin or Jakks figure, or even Super Battle Collection figure eventually. I was under the assumption that the Frieza might fit in with SBC, but it seems like it's possible that these are entirely too small, like closer to Shodo size.

Found a comparison next to a SHF Goku which makes for a decent baseline.

Frieza looks like he might just barely fit with sbc

Great find Gonstead ! I'm not super aware of how big that SHF Goku is, but if he's the same size as the older SHF Goku 1.0 then I think the DB Flash Frieza might actually be a little small for SBC's 5 inch scale. It's making my head hurt to try to visually imagine this. SHF heads are somewhere between 1% and 10% larger than most Irwin/Jakks characters. At home, I have a SHF SSB Gogeta head on a Bandai UFS 5 inch scale body and it looks a bit odd since the head looks oversized. But based on that image, it looks like to me that the DB Flash characters have heads closer in size to Adverge, which are much too small to be used on 5 inch scale bodies. I'm thinking that perhaps the DB Flash characters are closer to Real Works size as a result, and most Real Works figures are far too small to blend with Irwin/Jakks just because their heads are so much smaller. I'm having a really hard time making that assumption accurately though. All I can say with certainty is that Frieza's head doesn't look even close to the same size as SHF Goku's head and that makes me think he's significantly smaller than SBC.
