I got absolutely nowhere with Ebay. I talked to 2 or 3 people at Ebay when my issue happened with that Julian jerk. It's made me hesitant to sell anything else expensive on ebay ever again. Sorry to hear that man. But my only criticism I have, is that you weren’t aggressive enough. You need to be aggressive with these service reps, tell them that you’ve been a loyal member for X amount of years & you feel like you got screwed over. You gotta let them have it man, so they know that they effed up, especially since “customer service should be their top priority.” I’ve been aggressive with dealing with service reps concerning my cell phone bill, I even threatened to cancel my subscription do to their expensive fees. Usually they fold, because they will accept your terms rather than losing a customer, which is the last thing they want to happen |

Yay! Today I received an email from paypal notifying me that the dispute claim over the stolen 2011 SDCC Goku has finally been resolved and was decided in my favor! I guess all that due diligence actually paid off and I have been made whole. Plus, I now have a free Ultra Instinct Goku to welcome into the collection!

If you're not going to have the basic human indecency to at least try to scam me, where's the fun in that? 100% feedback rating? Come back when you have a maximum of 3 eBay purchases, ideally only cheap Taiwanese ball-bearings and at least 2 negative feedbacks.  |
