I saw this on Facebook. Is this legit? It was posted in a Spanish speaking DBZ group, and the owner claimed: I was (and am) under the impression that this was only released one time, and only with Android 17. Am I wrong? I barely paid attention to the vehicles and playsets back in the day, as I really didn't care to own any of them.

I've never seen it before. They probably just combined a random toy with the vehicle and are trying to pass it off as a rare variant.

Well, looking at ebay... the one above is either a variant or customized, because it has a black outlined RR logo while the more common one has a white outlined one. I'm very, very confused. I've never seen that before and there's nothing like it on ebay.

I would say it's a custom. The glossy purple on the body is slightly darker and doesn't match the metallic purple on the arms and legs. Plus there are bubbles or creases on the sides of black border of the RR logo. That makes it look like a sticker or decal that is not factory made.

cracker I think you're right. I just checked my production one, and you're right, the RR logo isn't a sticker, it's something applied a bit more permanently. I'm not sure if the purple is different or not. The purple is kind of metallic on the production one and also glossy. I wonder if anyone has ever custom painted one of these and painted it to have the proper shades of colors instead of it just being a big purple robot with gray legs? I looked through my old files I saved decades ago, and here's the stuff displayed at Toy Fair events... or otherwise used for promotion... This figure is definitely NOT the one that was at Toy Fair, because that one was much more reddish purple.
One of these days I want to buy Topaz Gigapixel so I can enlarge Despotes' old Toy Fair pics without the quality loss that Photoshop would have.

friezku I believe there was only 1 release of the Stomp Cycle, and I assume it was Irwin. I don't think it was Jakks.

The stomp cycle I have is Irwin. Not sure if jakks rereleased it. I haven't bought any figures in a while but I always found the best place to buy older toys especially lots to be Ebay.
