What are the cheapest stores to reliably find and buy Dragon Stars figures in the US? Online and local. If a local store... do you have any tips on how to get a specific figure...? Call them? Pre-order? I usually buy mine at Gamestop, but with their price now being $24.99 I don't like paying $27.05 (after tax) for figures from them unless I have to. I'm specifically looking to buy Cooler... Target and Walgreens are both very unreliable in my city for finding the most recent figures, so I don't want to waste my time with them. They don't allow you to buy them online either. Are there any options to buy Cooler online (free shipping) for less than $27? What about locally? Here's what I have found... Gamestop: $24.99 plus shippingAmazon: not on there currently, but the price will change daily and will only sometimes have free shipping Entertainment Earth: $21.99 plus shipping but it is already pre-sold out Big Boy Collectibles: $24.99 and unknown shipping. Sure Thing Toys: $22.99 and free shipping. Toywiz: $27.99 plus shipping. Walgreens: $19.99 plus tax last time I remember checking locally... Target: $19.95 plus tax Walmart: Do they even sell them? I've never seen any there. Big Bad Toy Store: doesn't show Cooler yet, but based on their other prices, $29.99. FYE: no Cooler yet, but SS4 Vegeta is $27.99. Off-topic, but I discovered that Target now has Dragonball Evolve available on their website!! $9.99
Are there any other stores??

Branjita, I prefer to buy my figures from Target and Walmart with GameStop being the last resort. And now that they've upped the price from $22.99 to $24.99, they've essentially eliminated themselves from gaining any future non-GameStop exclusive purchases from me. Thankfully my Walmart and Target stores started stocking the line again with their fall resets, but, unfortunately the Target stores have been sitting on Series 9 ( Piccolo, Super Saiyan 4 Goku, First Form Frieza) ever since. Two of my three Walmart stores have just recently started stocking Series 10 ( Perfect Cell, Android 17, Super Saiyan 3 Goku), but they skipped Series 8 ( Mystic Gohan, Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken x10 Goku, Golden Frieza) and Series 9. I've found them in the collector's area of the Entertainment section though. I wouldn't hold my breath, however, on finding any of the new stuff since they're several series behind. What I think I'm going to start doing, if I can't find the figures at Target or Walmart, is order them from BigBadToyStore. If you wait long enough their "Set of 3 Figures" usually goes on 30-35% sales every once in awhile and after figuring in shipping it's still only like $18-19 per figure. Granted this option isn't great if you're just wanting one figure or if you don't want to wait since there's no telling when they'll go on sale, but it's about the best option for me.
