Whats the best way to remove the Kanji without damaging the figure? I used acetone(or nail polish remover) to remove the kanji.

Supposedly non-acetone nail polish remover is the best thing to use on plastic, and even then, you're supposed to rinse it off with water once you're done. Regular nail polish remover has a bad habit of clouding plastics.
