Interesting. Very interesting. Halo is my second favorite fictional franchise behind dragonball of course. My collection is quite large, but currently resides in a closet. I have somewhat mixed feelings about Neca now being involved with the franchise. Some of their sculpts blow me away while others are flat out horrendous and extremely cheap looking (Prometheus deacon is a effing travesty). McFarlane has really been dropping the ball lately though,( it's also partially due to the fact that alot of retailers have dropped the line) the H4 series 2 figures are damned near impossible to find in retail stores. I've seen exactly one single figure since they've been released and that was at my local walgreens. It was a bad move waiting almost a full year to release the second series, people lost interest. When Reach came out, there were new series coming out every month or two. Edit: DOT approved Spartan motorcycle helmets ? If done properly, those will be sooooo badass. |

Waiting until they come out on DVD is too long a wait for this show. I go over to my girl's house on the weekend to steal her cable for the hour so I can watch it, but I'd always just wait for someone to upload an HQ stream online otherwise. I'm all for buying the DVD sets, but unless you're gonna buy the first 3 seasons all together, the wait will kill ya. Definitively my favorite show on TV right now. |
