I never read the dragon ball manga, but I would be interested to see a dragon ball remake that stays truer to the manga if there was divergance. That usually happens when the anime and the manga are running concurrently and the anime runs out of material to draw from the manga. that would be DB Kai

Currently watching Reboot. It is a anime in my mind. It was done in the style of an anime atleast. It was the first live action computer animation series made. This is run number 2 watching through the series. I'm mainly watching it to catch the hidden material. Such as, a Bionome Robocop walking in the background. Trigun, going through the box set.

Well, Digimon they are normal, change, and go into a game. That's anime. Then, Reboot they are normal, change and go into a game. That's not anime? It sounds funny but, that's the truth.

Anime by definition is an animated piece of work that originates from Japan.
Something can be Anime-Inspired (Avatar, RWBY), but if the work does not originate from Japan, it cannot be claimed to be an Anime.

I may be wrong but I don't think I've seen anyone mention Darker than Black. Such interesting powers involved. It's been a while but I plan on rewatching it.

I'm so depressed . I changed my tv service and so I had thirty days to return my old DVR. On this DVR, I had been recording every episode of Inuyasha on cartoon network for a year or more. The show was only on at 4 am. I fell behind, and stopped keeping up with watching them. 86 episodes had recorded and accumulated. I had 30 days to return my DVR, so I thought to myself, "I paid for the electricity to record these things, I'll be damned if I don't actually watch them!" So for the past three weeks I have been spending every night watching Inuyasha, trying to marathon my way through the remaining 86 episodes. No customizing figures. No reading. No watching other stuff. No getting a good night's sleep! I MUST FINISH THE SERIES WITHIN THIRTY DAYS!!! Well... I finally succeeded. I watched them all. But... it wasn't them all... I googled it, and the last episode I had was 127... of... 167... . I don't think I even got to see several of the episodes preceding 127 either, because for some reason, my recordings skipped all the way from November 14 to January 6, which was apparently the final episode cartoon network aired before taking Inuyasha off the air this year. What's worse is... I barely even enjoyed the last few days... the episodes aren't very good after the ending with Kagome peddling the bike stops being used... and the Band of Seven episodes in this last season I suffered through all week reminded me of the Shenrons in DBGT. The worst part is I never even got to see Naraku get killed, or find out what happened! I got to see Kikiyo get killed in the 4th to last episode I had, and Naraku was fully formed. So I thought... "ok! this is it!" but... no... instead... my Inuyasha journey ends with Kagome singing in a choir, acting in a play, and cooking dried demon meat that turns into demons thanks to boiling water. FML I expected a real tear jerker of an episode.

My question is why didn't you just watch them online?

I just discovered this 2 mounts ago, Girls und Panzer. It's an anime about girls battling in WWII AFV Armoured vehicles. It's pretty great, except any scene which isn't showing battle. I thought when I saw the Figma figures from this series that it would be one you might be watching. Honestly I was pretty surprised myself that an anime like that exist.

My question is why didn't you just watch them online? Why watch things online when I can watch from the comfort of the couch on a big screen and skip through commercials with a remote? I finished an episode of the show every 19 minutes
