I created a Facebook group called Dragon Ball DWC/WCF Collectors. It is now being used mostly as a storage place for my pics since photobucket is down. Feel free to join for updates on the checklist, pics of WCF dioramas, customs, etc. If it works out, hopefully we can expand the group further and create a community for WCF collectors around the world.
