Vegeta and Nappa look pretty good. I know Nappa’s probably too small and Vegeta’s too big, but that’s kind of what you get from Dragon Stars. It’s a good sign of things to come though.

Can someone who owns a bunch of Dragon Stars do some lineup comparison pictures for DBF? I can't find any useful comparisons via Google Image Search except the ones I've done and some slightly useful YouTube videos. Since most people own DS DBS movie SS Broly, can you include him in all of the pics you take, and do them similar to this? I don't think we need a photo of every single character, but it'd be helpful to know how tall some of the Vegeta figures are compared to Broly. I don't know how tall Nappa is in my post above, because I don't know how tall the Vegeta figures are.  I know most of the DS figures are similar in height, but it'd be good to finally have some reference materials showing how tall Goku is compared to Broly... Vegeta compared to Broly... Hit and Broly... whoever else you think is noteworthy of inclusion. |

The Nappa and Vegeta look really good, but now that they made the dragon ball evolve figure line, I think I prefer those more in general and hope they make a Nappa too. I am still tempted to get the stars Janemba. The main thing I don't like stars anymore is the drop-down hip articulation it makes the toys feel a bit more fragile

The face holes are really weird. Vegeta’s looks like it could be a minor defect but Nappa’s looks intentional. Really strange. I think I’d rather they focused on the evolve line too. Similar quality figures but cheaper and not much smaller. This is promising though. I like that they’re branching out more and more.

I agree; I love the Evolve line and I only buy the characters who are supposed to be large from Dragon Stars. The Evolve line will (currently) never see characters much larger than Jiren, because they won't fit inside the packaging bubble.  So far, all of the packaging bubbles and cardboards are exactly the same size from waves 1, 2, and 3 of Evolve, so Jiren is pretty close to the largest character that would fit inside. Nappa would need to be much larger than Jiren to scale properly with other Evolve characters, so he'd never fit in this packaging. I know some sources say Jiren is 6'4" or 6'5" but I think he's closer to 6'0" as he doesn't look like he's taller than Tien. Nappa was stated to be 6'10" but he's often more like 8'. The Dragon Stars one could work really well for a 5 inch scale Nappa, but I'd really need to see a comparison between Dragon Stars SS Broly and one of the newer Dragon Stars Vegeta figures to have a very good idea of how big Dragon Stars Nappa actually is. If he's slightly smaller than Berzerk Kale and wrath form armored Broly... then he would be great for a 5 inch scale collection! I made a comparison to try to figure out his height in relation to Broly. I'm surprised that Nappa is close to 8 ft tall even when I use an image from the official character design sheet specifying colors and all that to the animators and size it based on Vegeta's height compared to Goku back then. The numeric measurements for the characters overall don't make sense, but I have always tried to organize characters' heights by them. I'm kind of annoyed that Nappa's height doesn't fit closer to where he should be pegged.  However, in some scenes, particularly in the manga, Nappa does appear to be closer to 6'10"  |

Yeah it’s a bummer, but since this line is intended for a younger audience, I don’t think consistency & accuracy is high on their priority list. I might only get Cabba & that’s it.

Somehow I think the people at bandai probably think that small characters wont sell if theyre "small"...I just dont get why they dont do it considering its cheaper to make them smaller |
